【 #太空館消息】 #天象廳 7月1日免費放映《窗外是藍星之太空旅行》

為慶祝香港特別行政區成立二十九周年，太空館天象廳將於7月1日播放八場免費天象節目《窗外是藍星之太空旅行》。適逢香港首位載荷專家黎家盈博士進駐天宮空間站，大家不妨一起來體驗航天員的日常和太空視野。

市民可於6月16日（星期二）上午10時正至6月17日（星期三）晚上8時正期間透過城市售票網提交抽籤申請，每個申請限選一個放映場次的兩張門票，申請網址將稍後於太空館網站公布。經電腦抽籤成功中籤的市民將於6月25日收到以電郵發放的電子門票。

【 】Free Screening of 𝘚𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘻𝘩𝘰𝘶 13 – 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭 at the on 1 July

To celebrate the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Space Theatre of the Hong Kong Space Museum will screen the Sky Show 𝘚𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘻𝘩𝘰𝘶 13 – 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭 for eight free sessions on 1 July. With Hong Kong’s first payload expert, Dr Lai Ka-ying, entered the Tiangong Space Station, it is a wonderful opportunity for you to experience the daily lives of astronauts and their view from space.

From 10am on 16 June to 8pm on 17 June, members of the public can make ballot applications on URBTIX. Each application covers one session with two tickets. The website for application will be announced on Space Museum’s website later. Successful applicants from computer balloting will receive the e-tickets via email on 25 June.

航天任務通常會有專屬嘅標識，標識設計展現每次任務嘅特點。例如神舟二十三號任務標識 呈現飛船即將對接天宮空間站嘅場景 ，三顆五角星對應執行任務的三位航天員；左側以長征二號F火箭發射為視覺主體，搭配金色祥雲、如意紋樣，將傳統吉祥元素與現代航天科技相融，寄託任務圓滿成功嘅美好祝願；右側融合「飛天」形象與靈動飄帶，以經典文化符號承載中華民族千年飛天夢想與探索蒼穹嘅堅定信念。最特別嘅係標識上仲有紫荊花圖案，對應乘組中首位來自香港嘅載荷專家。

太空館今日（6月1日）起展出神舟二十三號載人飛行任務標識徽章，徽章背面仲有齊三名航天員嘅親筆簽名，別具意義。

[ ] Shenzhou-23 Crew Members’ Autographed Patch on Display🚀

Space missions usually have their own dedicated logo, designed to showcase the highlights of each mission. For example, the Shenzhou-23 mission logo depicts the spacecraft about to dock with the Tiangong Space Station, with the three five-pointed stars representing the three astronauts carrying out the mission. On the left, the visual centerpiece is the launching Long March-2F rocket, complemented by the golden auspicious clouds and ruyi pattern that bring the traditional blessing motifs with modern aerospace technology together, wishing the crew a successful mission. To the right, the “Feitian” (flying apsaras) motif with fluttering ribbons conveys the Chinese nation’s millennium-long dream of soaring into space and its unwavering belief in exploring the cosmos. The highlight of the logo is a bauhinia motif, representing Hong Kong’s first payload expert in the crew.

Starting today (1 June), the Space Museum is displaying the Shenzhou-23 manned space mission logo patch, which has the autographs of all three crew members on the back, making it particularly meaningful.

Come and visit the special exhibition “A Voyage to Space: China’s Manned Space Expedition” in the foyer of the Space Museum to appreciate the work of the astronauts and admire this commemorative exhibit!

自工業革命以來，大氣中嘅溫室氣體濃度持續上升，加劇全球氣候變化。二氧化碳（CO₂）同甲烷（CH₄）係兩種最主要嘅溫室氣體，要達成碳中和目標，必須精準量化佢哋嘅排放。香港科技大學最新研發嘅「天韻相機」搭載喺天宮空間站，係全球首個具備100米高解析度、可以同時探測二氧化碳同甲烷排放源嘅科學載荷。香港載荷專家黎家盈博士進駐天宮空間站後，其中一個任務就係安裝同操作呢部港產「天韻相機」，別具意義。

為咗等大家可以深入了解呢部港產載荷，太空館好榮幸邀請到「天韻相機」項目負責人蘇慧教授，親自拆解當中嘅運作原理，同大家分享研發歷程同挑戰。

昨晚（5月24日）11時08分，長征二號F火箭🚀搭載神舟二十三號載人飛船，喺酒泉衞星發射中心順利升空。三名航天員，包括香港嘅載荷專家黎家盈博士，喺今日清晨5時13分進駐天宮空間站，同神舟二十一號乘組完成「太空會師」！

神舟二十三號乘組將喺天宮空間站駐留六個月或以上，期間開展逾百項科學同應用項目，涵蓋空間生命科學、空間材料科學、微重力流體物理、航天醫學同航天新技術等前沿領域。

黎博士更會安裝由港科大研發嘅「天韻相機」。我哋期待黎博士之後能親自操作呢台港產儀器，收集全球溫室氣體排放數據，為國家航天事業貢獻「香港智慧」👍。

【 】🎉Warmest congratulations on the successful launch of Shenzhou-23🥳HK payload expert on board the Tiangong Space Station

“Tiangong Space Station, here I come!”

At 11:08 pm last night (24 May), the Long March 2F rocket 🚀successfully launched the Shenzhou-23 manned spacecraft from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The three astronauts, including Hong Kong payload expert, Dr Lai Ka-ying, entered the Tiangong Space Station and met up with the Shenzhou-21 crews in space early this morning at 5:13 am!

The Shenzhou-23 crew will stay aboard the Tiangong Space Station for six months or more. During this period, they will conduct over 100 scientific and application projects across cutting-edge fields such as space life science, space materials science, microgravity fluid physics, aerospace medicine and new aerospace technologies.

Dr Lai will install the “MUSICO” developed by HKUST. We look forward to Dr Lai operating this Hong Kong-developed instrument soon to collect global greenhouse gas emission data, contributing "Hong Kong wisdom" to the country's aerospace endeavours 👍.

香港嘅載荷專家黎家盈博士，即將乘坐神舟二十三號載人飛船升空，前往天宮空間站，成為首次參與飛行任務嘅香港科研人員！黎家盈博士亦係港澳地區選拔出嚟嘅中國首位女性載荷專家🚀 神舟二十三號乘組仲包括指令長朱楊柱及航天駕駛員張志遠。飛船預計喺聽晚（5月24日）由長征二號F運載火箭搭載發射。

大家知唔知「載荷專家」負責嘅工作係咩呢？在航天任務中，航天員會按分工各司其職，職位包括航天駕駛員、航天飛行工程師同載荷專家。當中嘅載荷專家通常由科研人員擔任，專責進行各種在軌實驗同研究。黎家盈博士係一位資訊科技及電腦專家，佢喺2024年入選為國家第四批預備航天員。

神舟二十三號乘組亦有另一亮點：乘組中有其中一名航天員將會喺空間站展開一年期嘅駐留試驗，有望刷新中國航天員單次在軌駐留時間紀錄；而其餘乘組成員就會維持約六個月嘅常規駐留。

[ ] Hong Kong payload expert participates in manned spaceflight mission for the first time

Hong Kong payload expert, Dr Lai Ka-ying, is set to launch aboard the Shenzhou-23 manned spacecraft to the Tiangong Space Station, becoming the first Hong Kong scientific researcher to participate in manned spaceflight mission! Dr Lai is also China’s first female payload expert selected from the Hong Kong and Macao regions. 🚀 The Shenzhou-23 crew also includes commander, Zhu Yangzhu, and space pilot, Zhang Zhiyuan. The Long March-2F carrier rocket will launch with the spacecraft tomorrow night (24 May).

You may be wondering what a “payload expert” actually does? Astronauts in space missions take on specific roles based on their area of expertise, including space pilots, flight engineers and payload experts. Among them, payload experts are usually researchers whose main job is to carry out in-orbit experiments and research. Dr Lai is an information technology and computer expert. She was selected as the country's fourth batch of preparatory astronauts in 2024.

What makes the Shenzhou-23 crew even more special is that one of the crew members will carry out a year-long in-orbit residency experiment. This marks China’s longest single in-orbit residency, while the other crew members will follow the regular six-month rotation.

【 #航天資訊】港產首項天宮科研載荷——天韻相機

由香港科技大學團隊研發嘅「天韻相機」（Multi-Spectral Imaging Carbon Observatory簡稱MUSICO），將為地球進行「深度體檢」🔍️！

🚀5月11日，天韻相機隨天舟十號貨運飛船順利升空，並成功運抵天宮空間站。天韻相機重約80公斤，係全球首款高精度嘅點源協同探測儀載荷。所謂「點源協同探測」，即係同時測量排放點源上空嘅二氧化碳（CO₂）同甲烷（CH₄）濃度。簡單啲講，天韻相機可從400公里外嘅太空，識別地面溫室氣體排放源，成為監測碳排放嘅「太空之眼」👀，助力應對氣候變化。

【 】 Hong Kong’s first scientific payload to Tiangong Space Station: Multi-Spectral Imaging Carbon Observatory (MUSICO)

Developed by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), the Multi-Spectral Imaging Carbon Observatory (MUSICO) camera will perform a “body check” for Earth🔍️!

🚀 MUSICO was successfully launched aboard the Tianzhou‑10 cargo spacecraft on 11 May and has arrived at China’s Tiangong Space Station. MUSICO, weighing about 80 kg, is the world’s first high-precision synergistic observatory payload. Synergistic Observations mean measuring the concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO₂) and methane (CH₄) above emission sources simultaneously. In simple terms, MUSICO can identify ground emission sources of greenhouse gases from 400 kilometres above Earth, serving as a “space eye” 👀 for monitoring of carbon emissions to address climate change.

To learn more about this Hong Kong-made scientific payload, the Space Museum is honoured to invite Professor SU Hui, the Project Lead, Chair Professor of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Global STEM Professor at HKUST, to walk us through the science behind it and share the stories on the R&D.
