🎨 【TDOV 專題】在看見與被看見之間：一場關於「安全感」與「自我座標」的集體紀錄
Between Visibility & Safety: Collective Reflections on Identity & Being Seen

3 月 31 日是「國際跨性別現身日」(TDOV)。在慶祝「被看見」的同時，我們更想透過這場工作坊，誠實地探討：在當下的環境中，要「現身」需要多少勇氣？而那份支持我們前行的「安全感」又是如何建立的？
這次工作坊具有特別的里程碑意義——這不僅是 跨青時刻 (Quarks)、非二元蜂巢 (Enbee Hive) 與 流動閲酷 (Q***r Reads Library) 的首次合作，更是 Enbee Hive 成立後的首場公開活動。16 位參與者聚在一起，最終誕生了 13 本充滿生命力的小誌 (Zine)。

我們為今次活動準備了大量創作物料，也精選一些有關跨性別及非二元主題的小誌館藏跟大家分享及閱讀，另外有來自海外的跨性別及非二元朋友送上的TDoV海報及小誌作品（謝謝 , , , )。

📖 現場的對話紀錄｜Voices from the Workshop

在創作間，我們聽見了許多關於「看見」的真實掙扎與多元路徑：

🩹 膠布下的秘密：隱藏作為一種保護
有參與者分享了關於身體實質改變（如刺青）與家庭關係的拉扯。為了掩蓋無法輕易解釋的刺青，必須貼上膚色膠布。這讓我們思考：當大環境尚未準備好接納真實時，「隱藏」有時並非退縮，而是一種策略性的自我保護，為了保留能量在未來前行。

🎞️ 電影作為鏡子：流動的性別經驗
受影展電影《桑拿》(Sauna) 的啟發，有參與者重新思考自身的性別路徑——即使經歷著 Transmasc 的性別經驗，名字與代名詞也可以選擇保持不變。轉變並非只有一種標準答案，每個人都有權定義自己與過去連結的方式。

🐍 從「不被愛」的動物中找回定義權：
有人從蛇、昆蟲等常被誤解排斥的動物中看到自己的影子。當性別非常規者被外界以惡意凝視時，那種感受是相似的。但我們明白：或許無法立刻改變他人的成見，但我們可以選擇與誰並肩，奪回定義自己的權力。

🧜‍♂️ 跨性別的開闊意義：從美人魚到星號 (*)
從兒時夢想成為人魚，到如今在 “Trans” 裡找到歸屬。參與者分享，”Trans” 就像一個帶著星號（*）的開放式符號，它不是一個固定的標籤，而是一個持續演進、充滿可能性的過程。

🎮 “Are You Ready?”：內在的心理座標
借用音樂遊戲的開場白：「你準備好了嗎？」現身也需要心理上的準備。當我們在心理上「Ready」，那份可見度才能轉化為尋找同類、彼此守護的安全力量。

✨ 關於合辦單位｜About the Collaborators

🏳️‍⚧️跨青時刻 (Quarks)： 香港跨性別青年組織，由跨性別青年義務經營，致力透過凝聚社群、賦權與教育，讓每一位跨青都能發揮潛能，自在生活。

🐝非二元蜂巢 (Enbee Hive)： 專注於非二元性別 (Non-binary) 社群的支援與連結，致力創造一個讓多元性別身份都能安放的「蜂巢」。

📚流動閲酷 (Q***r Reads Library)： 一個流動的獨立圖書館，蒐集並展示來自世界各地的酷兒小誌與刊物，透過閱讀與出版帶來連結。並透過持續進行「酷兒字典小誌工作坊」以對話交流、語言探索、小誌創作及記錄來收集及連結跨文化的性少數社群。

✨ TDoV 的意義：一場跨越身份的共同慶祝
我們相信，安全感不一定來自外界的改變，而來自我們彼此的連結。正如參與者所說：「因為我們都在這裡，所以感到安全。」

👥無論你是跨性別人士還是盟友 (Ally)，這都是一個值得慶祝的日子：

🏳️‍⚧️對於跨性別朋友： 慶祝你的韌性。無論你的座標在哪裡，無論你選擇現身還是暫時隱匿，你的存在本身就是力量。

🦄對於盟友： 慶祝你的支持。你所創造的安全空間，是讓社群能夠安心現身的最強後盾。

讓我們一起練習，在守護自己的同時，也學習如何成為彼此的安全網。

Come to today from 3-5PM for a zine-making workshop led by QRL librarian !

The workshop will engage with questions about archiving as repair, art as archive, and labour that gives way to creativity and memory. During the workshop, you’ll have chance to engage with a curated selection of QRL titles and make your very own zine. Materials will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring materials and personal archival objects as well.

Please wear a mask to the event. KN95 face masks will also be provided at the door. See you there!

🌈🦄QRL is coming to campus! 🏫🚸

Taking a two-week artist in residence at till mid-November in Shanghai. TYSM to Caio Yurgel, Brazilian writer, artist and professor of the university for inviting. We encountered and collaborated at our last show Happy Together, curated by Zairong Xiang at .hk early this year.

We will be popping in the class of Caio over the two weeks time. Sharing and workshopping with students of Translation and Creative Writing about q***ring translation, alternative archiving, multilingual and cultural in publishing practice these days.

”OUR CO-BLIND - An Ethnography of Care among Visually Impaired Communities in Baguio“ is an ethnographic film along with a photobook produced based on six months of anthropological fieldwork by Japanese photographer and ethnographic filmmaker Masato Ushimaru.

The film has won awards and been screened at the ABQ Indie Film Festival 2024 (USA) and FICIMAD (Spain), with exhibitions of video and photographic works held in Japan, Denmark, and the Philippines. In May 2024, a public screening and dialogue session took place at the University of the Philippines Baguio.

The photobook OUR CO-BLIND -A Visual Ethnography of the Visually Impaired Community in the Northern Philippines is published by Studio Boukei in January 2025. Available to purchase in the weekend market on July 12-13.

《我們的共盲世界——碧瑤視障社群中的關顧民族誌》是日本攝影師及民族誌電影制作者牛丸維人，歷時半年以人類學田野調查制作而成的一套民族誌電影及一本攝影集。

影片曾於美國ABQ Indie Film Festival 2024及西班牙FICIMAD獲獎並放映，並在日本、丹麥、菲律賓等地舉辦影像與攝影作品展。2024年5月，影片於菲律賓大學碧瑤校區舉行了公開放映與對談活動。

Photographer, ethnographic filmmaker, and design doer. Born in Hida-Takayama, Japan. Engaged in research-based projects such as OUR CO-BLIND, an ethnographic exploration of social movements led by a community of visually impaired people in the northern Philippines, and FOG AND SUN, a reflective visual ethnography of two years of research life in Denmark.

Day 1 in Hanoi
with riding up and down between her space ***rmuseum and my hostel. Opening my appetite and sense of today with a warm bowl of red rice bún and fish/tofu.
