[ Building a Multicultural Workplace Job Fair 2026 ]

DAB Ethnic Minorities Committee (EMC) and the Labour Department has once again, jointly organized the Building a Multicultural Workplace Job Fair at MacPherson Stadium in Mong Kok on 16 and 17 September, attracting about 50 organisations including the Hong Kong Police Force, the Correctional Services Department, dozens of enterprises, and social service organisations, offering over 2,200 job vacancies for job seekers, including those from ethnic minority backgrounds. Legislative councilor and Chairman of the DAB’s EMC, Vincent Cheng, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, expressing his hope that all sectors would work hand in hand to provide more employment opportunities for ethnic minorities.

DAB EMC has for the fifth consecutive year co-organised a job fair with the Labour Department. The job fair offers over 2,200 vacancies for ethnic minority job seekers, covering a wide range of positions. This provides diverse career options for job seekers from different ethnic backgrounds. Over the course of the two-day job fair, more than two thousand members of the public attended, including job seekers from non-ethnic minority backgrounds.
