歐洲一直對真誠嘅談判保持開放態度，但俄羅斯始終拒絕回到談判桌。呢種拒絕對話嘅態度，必然要付出實質代價。

烏克蘭同其歐洲夥伴一直支持喺國際法基礎上，透過外交途徑解決問題。相反，莫斯科當局持續針對平民基礎設施發動襲擊，並喺歐洲各地發起混合威脅。實施制裁係最直接嘅回應，向俄方釋放明確訊號：侵略行為必須付出沉重代價，而歐洲嘅立場同決心絕不搖動。

呢套制裁機制唔單止針對俄羅斯嘅戰爭經濟，仲旨在打擊協助其規避限制嘅全球網絡。全球貿易、物流同金融體系，絕唔可以被利用成輸送物資同資金嘅後門，去支持俄羅斯呢場無端發起嘅戰爭。

俄羅斯拖得越久，付出一啲代價就越高。呢個正正係制裁機制嘅核心目的，亦係通往任何切實可行和平之路嘅基石。

Europe remains open to sincere negotiations, but Russia refuses to come to the table. That refusal carries real consequences.

Ukraine and its European partners have consistently backed diplomatic solutions based on international law. Moscow, meanwhile, continues to target civilian infrastructure and carry out hybrid threats across Europe. Sanctions are the direct response: a clear message that aggression incurs heavy costs and that European resolve will not weaken.

The sanctions regime targets not only Russia’s war economy, but also the global networks that enable it to evade restrictions. Global trading, logistics and financial systems must not be exploited as back doors for the flow of goods and funds that sustain Russia’s unprovoked war.

The longer Russia drags out this conflict, the higher the price it pays. That is the core purpose of the sanctions regime, and the basis for any credible path to peace.

我係 Gindra，最近喺德國駐香港總領事館做緊實習！呢幾個星期喺香港做嘢，好開心有機會親身體會呢到嘅外交及法律工作日常，真係獲益良多！💼✨

上星期，我短暫離開寫字樓，代表領事館去咗參加歐盟駐港辦事處舉辦嘅一年一度「淨灘日 Beach Cleaning Day」！🏖️🇪🇺

當日同來自各個歐洲駐港機構嘅夥伴去海灘清理海洋垃圾，親手為保護海洋盡一份力，亦再次提醒我哋：保護環境，從來都無分國界 🌏💚

特別感謝歐盟駐港辦事處舉辦呢個有心思嘅活動！🙌✨

I’m Gindra, a legal trainee currently completing my internship at the German Consulate General in Hong Kong. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been gaining valuable insight into diplomatic and legal work in this vibrant city!

Last week, I swapped my desk for the coastline to represent our team at the annual Beach Clean-up, organised by the European Union in Hong Kong and Macao . 🏖️🇪🇺

Working alongside colleagues from across European missions, we joined forces to tackle plastic waste and champion marine protection. It was such a rewarding experience—a great reminder of how environmental action connects us across borders. 🌏✨

A huge thank you to the EU Office in Hong Kong for hosting such a meaningful initiative!

早前我哋好榮幸邀請到布克國際獎（International Booker Prize）得主、德國著名作家珍妮‧艾彭碧（Jenny Erpenbeck）蒞臨香港。喺呢座城市忙碌嘅日常之間，佢將東西德嘅歷史與思潮，轉化為與香港讀者之間一段又一段嘅深度對談。

一年一度嘅德國國慶酒會（Day of German Unity）圓滿落幕啦！36 年前德國實現重聚，象徵住連結與希望。非常感謝各位香港合作夥伴及嘉賓鼎力支持，令當晚酒會得以順利舉行！🇩🇪🇪🇺🇭🇰
