THS Hotel Visit 🏨

Recently, our S4 and S5 THS students enjoyed an insightful visit to Cordis, Hong Kong. As part of their F&B workshop, students were treated to a 3-course Western tasting menu, giving them a practical understanding of fine dining etiquette🍴

The visit also featured a comprehensive hotel tour focused on eco-friendly operations. Students explored a wide range of sustainable measures adopted by the hotel, allowing them to connect their classroom knowledge with real-world hospitality management ♻️🌍

在這裡，我們認識清朝與民初時期，宣教士如何排除萬難，學習中文、翻譯聖經並傳福音；同時也更深入了解中國文化與歷史傳統。

前天，普通話、中史科和德育及公民教育組聯合舉辦了一次參觀活動，帶領四十多位同學到訪昂船洲軍營解放軍駐港部隊展覽中心，認識國家軍事發展，收穫頗豐。

我們舉辦了一期兩次的中醫家長養生班，大家都十分投入，互相交流、認真學習，也透過課程更了解自己的身體狀況。💛

感謝每一位參與的家長！也特別謝謝醫師的專業指導與提醒，醫師鼓勵大家持續多做運動，讓身心都保持健康、越來越有活力。🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌿

A team of S5 students won the preliminary heat of the Analytical Chemistry Challenge 2026 in UCCKE organized by EDB and HKBU.
Last Saturaday, they represented our school to join the Shortlisting Assessment in HKBU. Hope that they can enter the Final Competition in late June.

🐾 NCS Life Planning: Cat Care Edition 🐈💛

Our NCS students learned about a Life Planning activity inspired by the cat caring industry!
After learning the importance of responsibility and care, they were excited to visit the cat shop to practice what they learned—how to properly take care of cats.

It was a wonderful hands-on experience filled with curiosity, kindness, and learning through real life. ✨
