One person, one computer — unlimited possibilities. The video shows how spatial data can truly integrate into everyday life and empower innovation. 💡

One founder from Cyberport’s One-Person Company Hub (OPC Hub) leverages the free and open spatial data and 3D digital maps available on the Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI) Portal to develop an AI-powered building management platform. This significantly reduces the cost of independent data collection and uses technology to enhance building inspection efficiency, helping address the challenge of ageing buildings in Hong Kong. 🏗️🤖

The Geospatial Lab is committed to promoting the application of spatial data. You are welcome to visit the Lab or explore the CSDI Portal:

先參閱索引圖 DOP5000_GRID_INDEX 定位範圍，再下載目標圖幅（本例為涵蓋啟德及九龍灣的 dop11nec20190158.tif）。

2. 在 Describe what to find 輸入 1-2 個詞（如 building、tree、car）

檢測完成後進入檢視，可以調整 Confidence（置信度）、Size of each object（物件面積上下限）、輪廓清理（Right angles 直角、Fill hole 填補洞穴、Points / Trim / Grow 簡化或擴縮邊界）。
