Outward Bound Training Camp 😎💪🏻
During this Easter holiday, 12 children aged 9–11 from J Life participated in the Discovery Course organised by Outward Bound Hong Kong. 🌟🏞️
Under the guidance of professional instructors, the children learned essential teamwork skills and a variety of outdoor survival techniques. Despite different challenges in this course, every child demonstrated remarkable courage, persevered through difficulties, and successfully overcame their limits. Together, they completed the program and created a truly memorable and meaningful Easter Holiday. 🏅
We sincerely look forward to continuing our partnership with Outward Bound Hong Kong - 香港外展訓練學校 Outward Bound Hong Kong to provide more valuable growth opportunities and unforgettable memories for the children of J Life on their journey ahead.

在今個復活節假期，啓愛的12位9至11歲小朋友參加了由Outward Bound Hong Kong主辦的「小冒險家課程」。🌟🏞️
在專業教練的帶領下，小朋友們學習了團隊合作及多項戶外求生技能。雖然課程內容較具挑戰性，但每位小朋友都勇敢面對困難，積極克服障礙，最終成功突破自我，共同渡過了一次難忘而有意義的復活節假期。🏅
我們期待未來繼續與Outward Bound Hong Kong合作，為啓愛的小朋友在成長路上創造更多寶貴的學習機會和美好回憶。

🚲 The Cycling Tomorrow project has now been underway for nearly 10 months. J Life continues to create diverse opportunities for change in the community and families by recycling abandoned bicycles. ♻️
Through collecting bicycles from various locations, refurbishing and donating them, and regularly organizing bicycle repair classes, the project trains women and youth in bicycle maintenance skills while providing them with employment opportunities. 🛠️ This initiative reduces waste, promotes sustainable transportation, and simultaneously equips underprivileged women and teenagers with practical skills and job prospects in bicycle repair. 💼

Happy Chinese New Year 🧧

As the Year of the Horse approaches, J Life would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us along the way. 😊

Over the past year, the trust and generosity of donors, the support of partners in terms of resources and actions, and the time and hard work of volunteers have enabled us to continue providing services to families and community corners in need, even in a challenging economic environment, supporting the daily lives and hopes of many. ✨

Reflecting on 2025, we continue our commitment to family service: continuously improving our goods and food assistance processes 🥫; promoting more educational and developmental activities; and organizing outings to build deeper connections with families. In the past year, our regular food assistance collected and distributed over 101,082 kilograms of food. 📚 In education, we held over 403 after-school activities and tutoring sessions, benefiting over 100 students. In addition, we organized 28 outings, creating warm memories for the families and volunteers.

Finally, J Life wishes everyone a prosperous and successful Year of the Horse! 🐴 In the new year, we will work together in the community to continue spreading this kindness!

馬年將至，啓愛先向每一位一路同行的人深深致謝。😊

過去一年，無論是捐贈者的信任與慷慨、合作夥伴在資源與行動上的支援，還是義工的時間與汗水，都讓我們在艱難的經濟環境下，仍能提供服務給有需要的家庭與社區角落，承托了不少人的日常與希望。✨

回望2025，我們繼續投身於家庭服務：不斷改善物資與食物援助流程🥫；推廣更多教育與成長活動；並舉辦外出活動與家庭建立更深層的連結。在過去的一年中，我們恆常的食物援助共收集並派發了超過 101,082 公斤的食物。 📚在教育方面，我們舉辦了超過 403 次課後活動和補習課程，超過 100 名學生受惠。此外，我們還舉辦了 28 次外出活動，為啓愛的家庭和義工們留下溫暖的回憶。

最後，啓愛祝大家馬年吉祥🐴，馬到成功！新的一年，我們會在社區同行，繼續傳遞這份善意！

J Life sincerely thanks Rainbow Foundation for the invitation and meticulous planning, which enabled families from J Life to participate in the 2026「馬灣 Go Green!」綠悠遊嘉年華.🌳
Through engaging in green workshops and various eco-friendly interactive booths, participating families had the opportunity to explore the Ma Wan community while gaining a deeper understanding of its rich historical and cultural heritage as well as its ecological conservation achievements. At the same time, they learned and practised various low-carbon living habits, making the day both meaningful and enjoyable for every family. ❤️

🎅J Life x Regent Hong Kong - 麗晶酒店聖誕活動🎁

今年聖誕節前夕，一衆小朋友、導師和義工們來到麗晶酒店，一起參與豐富的遊戲環節，並動手製作創意手工藝品，小朋友們專注投入每一個細節。🎨✂️ 這些用心完成的作品，將會轉化為對大埔家庭的祝福與關懷，傳遞溫暖與愛心。活動後，大家一起享用了豐盛的餐點，氣氛溫馨融洽。🍽️

Before the upcoming Christmas, a group of children, mentors, and volunteers came to the Regent Hong Kong to participate in a variety of games and create handicrafts. The children were completely absorbed in every detail. 🎨✂️ These carefully crafted works will be transformed into blessings and care for Tai Po families, conveying warmth and love. After the activity, everyone enjoyed a sumptuous meal together in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. 🍽️

🎉✨J Life X Wells Fargo 陶藝工作坊🏺❤️
啓愛聯同Wells Fargo的義工哥哥姐姐與15位小朋友一同探索陶藝創作的樂趣。在小朋友與義工的合作下，小朋友發揮創意，親手製作獨一無二的陶瓷作品，為小朋友創造一個可以帶走的回憶。
感謝所有參與的義工，令小朋友可以在課後的星期五暫時忘掉學業的煩惱，度過一個愉快的下午。

🎉✨ J Life X Wells Fargo Pottery Workshop 🏺❤️
J Life collaborated with Wells Fargo volunteers to introduce 15 children to the joy of pottery creation. Through the teamwork of the children and volunteers, the children unleashed their creativity and handcrafted unique ceramic pieces, creating lasting memories they could take home.
A heartfelt thank you to all the participating volunteers for enabling the children to set aside their homework worries on this after-school Friday and enjoy a delightful afternoon.

Education Program - After School Homework Tutoring Kick Off Ceremony 📕❤️

In 2025, we are proud to celebrate 14 years of our After-School Tutoring Program! This year there are three graduates from primary school grades, one to six, we are very grateful to see them get into their dream secondary schools. All our efforts have paid off.

We are excited to host our opening ceremony once again. This event provides a wonderful opportunity for our students, parents and tutors to come together. A heartfelt thank you to our close partners, Uncle David for this unwavering support over the past 11 years!

Special thank to the volunteers from Bank of America who provided one-one-assistance to our special needs children.
