關於佛誕姐姐放假安排

5月24日 (星期日) 為勞工假期「佛誕」，所有姐姐均享有此假期

如當天剛好是姐姐的例假，僱主可作以下調整 (任選其一)：

(1) 安排在 5月25日 (星期一) 補假；或

(2) 另覓其他日子於六十日內補假 (需要在雙方同意下進行)

僱主請留意：

(1) 5月25日 (星期一) 雖在月曆是紅日，但不是姐姐的假期。除非安排在當天補假，否則姐姐要如常工作。

(2) 工人未做滿三個月，法定假期 (勞工假期) 是無薪

Regarding the holiday arrangements for helpers during the Birthday of the Buddha

The Birthday of the Buddha on 24 May (Sunday) is a statutory holiday and all helpers are entitled to this holiday.

If this day happens to be the helper's regular rest day, employers can make one of the following adjustments.

(1) Employers can arrange the compensatory holiday on 25 May (Monday).

(2) Alternatively, employers can schedule the compensatory holiday on another date within 60 days, which must be done under mutual agreement.

Employers please note that although 25 May (Monday) is a public holiday on the calendar, it is not a holiday for the helper. Unless the compensatory holiday is arranged on that day, the helper must work as usual.

If the helper has been employed for less than three months, the statutory holiday is unpaid.
