เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายพรหเมศ พหลพลพยุหเสนา เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูดาเปสต์ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ ดร. Hassan Charaf อธิการบดี และ ดร. András Nemeslaki รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการระหว่างประเทศ ของมหาวิทยาลัย Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำของฮังการีที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีประยุกต์

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการอุดมศึกษาระหว่างไทยและฮังการี โดยเฉพาะในสาขาเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) นวัตกรรม และการพัฒนาสตาร์ทอัพ

On 26 May 2026, H.E. Mr. Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena, Ambassador of Thailand to Hungary, paid a courtesy call on Dr. Hassan Charaf, Rector, and Dr. András Nemeslaki for International Affairs, of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), one of Hungary’s leading higher education institutions renowned for engineering and applied technology.

On this occasion, both sides discussed measures to enhance cooperation in the framework of higher education between Thailand and Hungary, especially on AI technology, innovation and start-ups.

Gábor Áron Zemplén รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายการต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัย Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem (ELTE) และ ดร. Áron Badinszky ผู้แทนอธิการบดีฝ่ายประสานงานโครงการยุทธศาสตร์ด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (ELTE’s AI Commissioner) โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระดับอุดมศึกษาในด้านเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) นวัตกรรม และสตาร์ทอัพ

On 22 May 2026, H.E. Mr. Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena, Ambassador of Thailand to Hungary, paid a courtesy call on Prof. Dr. Gábor Áron Zemplén, Vice-Rector for International Affairs of Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem University (ELTE) and Dr. Áron Badinszky, Rector’s Commissioner for AI. Both sides discussed measures to enhance cooperation in the framework of higher education on AI technology, innovation and start-ups.

เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2569 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูดาเปสต์ จัดพิธีสวดพระพุทธมนต์ถวายเป็นพระราชกุศลแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารําไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7 เนื่องในโอกาสการประกาศยกย่องพระเกียรติคุณพระราชกรณียกิจในวาระครบ 100 ปี วันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2569 โดยนายพรหเมศ พหลพลพยุหเสนา เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูดาเปสต์ เป็นประธานนำข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูต และคู่สมรส ถวายความเคารพหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์

On 21 May 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest held a Buddhist chanting ceremony in honour of Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni, consort of His Majesty King Rama VII, to commemorate the centennial anniversary of Her Majesty’s royal duties and contributions to the country on 22 May 2026. H.E. Mr. Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Hungary, presided over the ceremony and led Embassy officials, staff, and their spouses in paying respects before Her Majesty’s portrait.
