UU No. 8 Tahun 2016 is a rule that made by Indonesia government as an effort to protect people with disability's right, including a right to get a decent job and a good career path
We believe that everyone has a right to get a chance to get their dream job. That's why Gtalent come up with Equality Hiring Project to help friends with disability to get their right in work experience.
Gtalent will ensure that everything will be equal, from the process until the benefits they will get.

Did you know that there is various type of disability?

We can classify it into 2 main categories, physical disability and non-physical disability.

Physical Disability include:
- Tunawicara (mute): can't speak
- Tunarungu/Tuli (deaf): can't hear or have a low hearing sense
- Tunanetra (blind): can't see or have a low vision
- Tunadaksa (Mobility and Physical Impairments): have physical impairment or motoric disorder

Non-physical Disability include:
- Tunalaras (Psychological Disorders): someone who have mental or psychological disorder such as autism, ADHD, Bipolar, etc.
- Tunagrahita (Cognitive or Learning Disabilities): someone who have intellectual disorder, such as down syndrome, etc

Each of disability divided again into a specific level, from Mild, Intermediate, and Severe. People with Mild disability able to do activity by themselves. People with Intermediate disability sometimes need assist from others to do some activity. Last but not least, people withSevere disability always need assist from other to do their activity.
