Hello, ! 👋

Today, we celebrate National Batik Day, a day to appreciate one of the cultural expressions that makes Indonesia unique. From traditional ceremonies to everyday wear, batik can be found in many parts of life in Indonesia, with different motifs and styles telling stories from different places and communities. 🧵✨

Beyond its beautiful patterns, batik carries stories, traditions, and values that have been passed down through generations. Its many forms continue to grow with the times while preserving the cultural meaning behind each motif, making batik a living part of Indonesia’s cultural heritage. Let’s continue to appreciate, preserve, and celebrate batik as part of Indonesia’s cultural identity. 🇮🇩

Happy National Batik Day, 2 October 2026! 🎉

On 12 Rabiul Awal 1448 H, we commemorate Maulid Nabi Muhammad (peace be upon him), a time to honour his life and the values he stood for: compassion, humility, kindness, and respect for others.

This special day is a reminder of the importance of embracing diversity, building understanding, and creating a more peaceful world. May these values continue to guide us in the way we live, learn, and connect with one another.

May Maulid Nabi bring peace, blessings, and goodness to us all. 🌙✨

🇮🇩 81 Years of Indonesia’s Independence

“Berbeda-beda tetapi tetap satu jua” embodies the spirit of *Bhinneka Tunggal Ika*, a principle that has remained at the heart of Indonesia’s journey as a nation. Eighty-one years of independence stand as a reminder of the courage and sacrifices of those who fought for the freedom we cherish today. Their struggle brought together people from diverse backgrounds with a shared dream of a united and independent Indonesia.

As we commemorate this milestone, may we continue to carry that spirit forward by embracing our differences, strengthening unity, and building meaningful connections with one another. May the values that shaped Indonesia’s independence continue to guide the nation toward a future that is more inclusive, collaborative, and full of opportunity for all ✨
