(01 November 2023) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will conduct a Consular Services Outreach Activity, including overseas voter registration for the 2025 Philippine mid-term elections, on 25 November 2023 (Saturday) in Surabaya, East Java.

The following services will be available during the outreach:
* Overseas Voter Registration;
* Passport Applications;
* Civil Registration (Report of birth, marriage, and death);
* NBI Form No. 5 Fingerprinting (NBI clearance application form); and
* Notarials (Acknowledgment and Jurat).

Filipinos who wish to avail of the services of the Embassy during the outreach are required to register on this link: https://tinyurl.com/JPEinSby. The venue, time slot, and other relevant details will be emailed to the applicants who will register for the outreach.

The Philippine Embassy informs the overseas Filipinos in Indonesia of the advisory from the Commission on Elections - Office of Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OFOV) that the iRehistro platform, which is used to accomplish the OVF-1 application form for overseas voter registration, has been offline since 5:00 PM October 13, 2023 (Philippine Time) until further notice, for system enhancements and maintenance.

Overseas Filipinos who wish to register as overseas voter may download the OVF-1 application form at the Embassy’s official website https://jakartape.dfa.gov.ph.

Please be guided accordingly.
