ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 111-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ

Ապրիլի 24-ին մենք ոգեկոչում և հարգանքի տուրք ենք մատուցում Օսմանյան կայսրությունում իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին:

Մեծ եղեռնին զոհ դարձան 1.5 միլիոն տղամարդիկ, կանայք, երեխաներ և ծերեր, որոնք սպանվեցին կամ մահվան մատնվեցին միայն հայ լինելու պատճառով:

Հայ ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացված այս ոճրագործությունը դարձավ այն պատմական օրինակներից մեկը, որը 1948 թվականին հիմք հանդիսացավ «Ցեղասպանության հանցագործությունը կանխարգելելու և պատժելու մասին» ՄԱԿ կոնվենցիայի ընդունման համար։

Չնայած միջազգային հանրության գործադրած ջանքերին՝ 21-րդ դարում շարունակում ենք ականատես լինել ռասայական և էթնիկ անհանդուրժողականության, ատելության և այդ հիմքով իրականացվող նոր զանգվածային ոճրագործությունների:

Հայաստանը պարտավորություն է զգում շարունակաբար և հետևողականորեն ներգրավված լինել նման հանցագործությունների նշանների հայտնաբերմանն ու վաղ ահազանգմանը, աջակցել դրանց կանխարգելմանը և վերացմանը միտված նախաձեռնություններին:

Հայաստանի ջանքերով 2015 թվականին դեկտեմբերի 9-ն ընդգրկվել է ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային օրերի ցանկում՝ որպես Ցեղասպանության հանցագործության զոհերի հիշատակի ու արժանապատվության և այդ հանցագործության կանխարգելման միջազգային օր: 2025թ. ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի լիագումար նիստում միաձայն ընդունվել է Հայաստանի ներկայացրած «Ցեղասպանության հանցագործության զոհերի հիշատակի և արժանապատվության և այդ հանցագործության կանխարգելման միջազգային օրվա տասնամյակ» խորագրով բանաձևը։ 2026 թվականի մարտին ՄԱԿ Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի 61-րդ նստաշրջանում հերթական անգամ միաձայն ընդունվել է Հայաստանի ներկայացրած «Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելում» բանաձևը:

Հիշելով անցյալը և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելով Հայոց ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին` Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն իր ինքնիշխան ապագան կառուցում է խաղաղության օրակարգով: Հարևան պետությունների միջև բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների և իրական փոխգործակցության առկայությունն այն նվազագույն պայմանն է, որն անհրաժեշտ է Հարավային Կովկասում տևական խաղաղություն հաստատելու և մեր տարածաշրջանի բոլոր ժողովուրդների խաղաղ համակեցությունն ապահովելու համար:

Statement of the MFA of Armenia on the occasion of the 111th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide

On April 24, we commemorate and pay tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide, perpetrated in the Ottoman Empire.

One and a half million men, women, children, and elderly people fell victim to the Mets Yeghern, were killed or consigned to death solely for being Armenian.

This atrocity committed against the Armenian people became one of the historical precedents that served as a basis for the adoption of the 1948 United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

Despite the efforts of the international community, in the 21st century, we continue to witness racial and ethnic intolerance, hatred, and new mass atrocities carried out on that basis. Armenia feels a responsibility to remain continuously and consistently engaged in identifying the signs and early warning of such crimes, and to support initiatives aimed at their prevention and eradication.

Through Armenia’s efforts, December 9, 2015, was included оn the United Nations list of international days as the International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and of the Prevention of this Crime. In 2025, at the plenary session of the United Nations General Assembly, the resolution entitled “The Decade of the International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and of the Prevention of this Crime,” submitted by Armenia, was adopted by consensus. In March 2026, at the 61st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, the resolution “Prevention of Genocide,” also submitted by Armenia, was once again adopted by consensus.

Remembering the past and paying tribute to the memory of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide, the Republic of Armenia is building its sovereign future guided by the peace agenda. The existence of good-neighborly relations and genuine cooperation among neighboring states is a minimum prerequisite for establishing lasting peace in the South Caucasus and ensuring the peaceful coexistence of all peoples in our region.

Заявление МИД Армении по случаю 111-й годовщины Геноцида армян

24 апреля мы чтим и отдаем дань уважения памяти жертв Геноцида армян, осуществленного в Османской империи.

Жертвами Мец Егерна стали 1,5 миллиона мужчин, женщин, детей и стариков, которые были убиты либо обречены на смерть только за то, что они были армянами.

Это злодеяние, совершенное против армянского народа, стало одним из тех исторических примеров, которые в 1948 году послужили основой для принятия Конвенции ООН «О предупреждении преступления геноцида и наказании за него».

Несмотря на усилия, предпринимаемые международным сообществом, в 21 веке мы продолжаем быть свидетелями расовой и этнической нетерпимости, ненависти и совершаемых на этой почве новых массовых злодеяний.

Армения считает своим долгом постоянно и последовательно участвовать в выявлении и раннем обнаружении признаков подобных преступлений, а также поддерживать инициативы, направленные на их предотвращение и искоренение.

Благодаря усилиям Армении 9 декабря 2015 года был закреплен в списке международных дней ООН как Международный день памяти жертв преступления геноцида, чествования их достоинства и предупреждения этого преступления. В 2025 году на пленарном заседании Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН была единогласно принята представленная Арменией резолюция под названием «Десятилетие Международного дня памяти жертв преступления геноцида, чествования их достоинства и предупреждения этого преступления». В марте 2026 года на 61-й сессии Совета по правам человека ООН была в очередной раз единогласно принята представленная Арменией резолюция «Предупреждение геноцида».

Помня о прошлом и отдавая дань уважения памяти невинных жертв Геноцида армян, Республика Армения строит свое суверенное будущее на основе повестки мира. Наличие добрососедских отношений и реального взаимодействия между соседними государствами — это минимальное условие, необходимое для установления прочного мира на Южном Кавказе и обеспечения мирного сосуществования всех народов нашего региона.

Le 24 avril, nous commémorons et rendons hommage à la mémoire des victimes du Génocide des Arméniens perpétré dans l’Empire ottoman.

1,5 million d’hommes, de femmes, d’enfants et de personnes âgées ont été victimes du Mets Yeghern, massacrés ou voués à la mort uniquement parce qu’ils étaient Arméniens.

Cette atrocité commise contre le peuple arménien est constitué l’un des précédents historiques ayant contribué à l’adoption, en 1948, de la Convention des Nations Unies pour la prévention et la répression du crime de génocide.

Malgré les efforts de la communauté internationale, au XXIe siècle, nous continuons d’être témoins de l’intolérance raciale et ethnique, de la haine et de de nouveaux crimes de masse perpétrées sur cette base.

L’Arménie estime qu’il est de sa responsabilité de rester engagée de manière continue et cohérente dans l’identification des signes et des alertes précoces de tels crimes, et de soutenir les initiatives visant à leur prévention et à leur éradication.

Grâce aux efforts de l’Arménie, le 9 décembre a été inscrit en 2015 sur la liste des journées internationales des Nations Unies en tant que Journée internationale de commémoration et de dignité des victimes du crime de génocide et de prévention de ce crime. En 2025, lors de la séance plénière de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies, la résolution présentée par l’Arménie, intitulée «Décennie de la Journée internationale de commémoration et de dignité des victimes du crime de génocide et de prévention de ce crime», a été adoptée par consensus. En mars 2026, lors de la 61e session du Conseil des droits de l’homme des Nations Unies, la résolution sur «la Prévention du génocide», présentée à nouveau par l’Arménie, a été également adoptée par consensus.

Se souvenant du passé et rendant hommage à la mémoire des innocentes victimes du Génocide des Arméniens, la République d’Arménie construit son avenir souverain en s’appuyant sur un agenda de paix. L’existence de relations de bon voisinage et d’une coopération réelle entre les pays voisins constitue une condition minimale indispensable à l’instauration d’une paix durable dans le Caucase du Sud et à la garantie de la coexistence pacifique de tous les peuples de notre région.

Declaración del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de la República de Armenia con motivo del 111.º aniversario del Genocidio Armenio.

El 24 de abril recordamos con respeto y recogimiento la memoria de las víctimas del Genocidio Armenio ocurrido en el Imperio Otomano.

Un millón y medio de hombres, mujeres, niños y ancianos perdieron la vida en el Mets Yeghern, trágicos acontecimientos que marcaron profundamente al pueblo armenio.

Estos hechos constituyen uno de los antecedentes históricos que contribuyeron al desarrollo del marco jurídico internacional, incluida la adopción en 1948 de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas para la Prevención y la Sanción del Delito de Genocidio.
A pesar de los avances logrados por la comunidad internacional, en el siglo XXI persisten desafíos relacionados con la intolerancia, la discriminación y la violencia. En este contexto, Armenia mantiene su compromiso de contribuir a la identificación temprana de riesgos y a la promoción de iniciativas orientadas a la prevención de atrocidades masivas.

Como parte de estos esfuerzos, el 9 de diciembre de 2015 fue reconocido por las Naciones Unidas como el Día Internacional de Conmemoración y Dignidad de las Víctimas del Crimen de Genocidio y de su Prevención. Posteriormente, en 2025, la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas adoptó por consenso la resolución presentada por Armenia titulada «El Decenio del Día Internacional de Conmemoración y Dignidad de las Víctimas del Crimen de Genocidio y de su Prevención». Asimismo, en marzo de 2026, el Consejo de Derechos Humanos aprobó nuevamente por consenso la resolución «Prevención del Genocidio», también impulsada por Armenia.

Al honrar la memoria de las víctimas inocentes, la República de Armenia reafirma su compromiso con la construcción de un futuro soberano basado en la paz. El fortalecimiento de relaciones de buena vecindad y de una cooperación sincera entre los Estados de la región constituye un elemento esencial para avanzar hacia una paz duradera en el Cáucaso Sur y fomentar la convivencia armoniosa entre los pueblos.

بيان وزارة خارجية جمهورية أرمينيا بمناسبة الذكرى الـ 111 للإبادة الجماعية للأرمن

في الرابع والعشرين من أبريل، نحيي ذكرى ضحايا الإبادة الجماعية للأرمن، التي ارتُكبت في الإمبراطورية العثمانية، ونُشيد بأرواحهم.

لقد سقط مليون ونصف المليون من الرجال والنساء والأطفال والمسنين ضحايا لـ"ميتس يغيرن" الإبادة الجماعية الكبرى، حيث قُتلوا أو أُعدموا لمجرد كونهم أرمناً.

أصبحت هذه الفظائع المرتكبة ضد الشعب الأرمني إحدى السوابق التاريخية التي استند إليها اعتماد اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لعام 1948 بشأن منع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية والمعاقبة عليها.

على الرغم من جهود المجتمع الدولي، ما زلنا نشهد في القرن الحادي والعشرين تعصباً عنصرياً وعرقياً، وكراهية، وجرائم جماعية جديدة تُرتكب على هذا الأساس. تشعر أرمينيا بمسؤولية الاستمرار في الانخراط بشكل متواصل وثابت في رصد مؤشرات هذه الجرائم والإنذار المبكر بها، ودعم المبادرات الرامية إلى منعها والقضاء عليها.

وبفضل جهود أرمينيا، أُدرج يوم 9 ديسمبر 2015 ضمن قائمة الأمم المتحدة للأيام الدولية باعتباره اليوم الدولي لإحياء ذكرى ضحايا جريمة الإبادة الجماعية ومنعها والحفاظ على كرامتهم. وفي عام 2025، خلال الجلسة العامة للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، اعتُمد بالإجماع القرار المقدم من أرمينيا بعنوان "عقد اليوم الدولي لإحياء ذكرى ضحايا جريمة الإبادة الجماعية ومنعها والحفاظ على كرامتهم". وفي مارس 2026، خلال الدورة الحادية والستين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة، اعتُمد بالإجماع مجدداً القرار المقدم من أرمينيا بعنوان "منع الإبادة الجماعية".

وإذ تستذكر جمهورية أرمينيا الماضي وتُحيي ذكرى ضحايا الإبادة الجماعية الأرمنية الأبرياء، فإنها تبني مستقبلها السيادي مسترشدةً بأجندة السلام. إن إقامة علاقات حسن الجوار والتعاون الحقيقي بين الدول المجاورة يُعدّان شرطاً أساسياً لإرساء سلام دائم في جنوب القوقاز وضمان التعايش السلمي
لجميع الشعوب في منطقتنا.

Սինգապուրում ՀՀ դեսպան Սերոբ Բեջանյանը մասնակցել է Սինգապուրի Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ հայկական եկեղեցու 190-ամյակին նվիրված տոնական միջոցառումներին։

Հոբելյանական միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու նպատակով Սինգապուր էին ժամանել ՀՀ սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատար Զարեհ Սինանյանը, Ավստրալիայի և Նոր Զելանդիայի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ, Հնդկաստանի և Ծայրագույն Արևելքի հայրապետական պատվիրակ Տ. Վարդան եպիսկոպոս Նավասարդյանը, հայրենակիցներ բազմաթիվ երկրներից։ Միջոցառումներին մասնակցում էին նաև Սինգապուրի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներն ու հույն ուղղափառ, ռուս ուղղափառ, կաթոլիկ և ղպտի քրիստոնեական համայնքների ղեկավարները։

Հանդիսավոր ընդունելությանը ելույթով հանդես եկավ նաև դեսպան Բեջանյանը, ով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և ժողովրդի անունից փոխանցեց ջերմ ողջույններ՝ ընդգծելով եկեղեցու պատմական նշանակությունն ու նրա դերը սփյուռքում հայկական ինքնության պահպանման գործում։ «Լինելով Սինգապուրի ամենահին քրիստոնեական կոթողը, Հայկական եկեղեցին հանդիսանում է հավատքի, տոկունության և հայ ժողովրդի՝ Սինգապուրի մշակութային և հասարակական կյանքում ունեցած նշանակալի ներդրման խորհրդանիշ»,- իր ելույթում նշեց ՀՀ դեսպանը։

Միջոցառումները հնարավորություն են տվել առավել ճանաչելի դարձնել Սինգապուրում հայկական ժառանգությունը, միաժամանակ ամրագրելով դրա նկատմամբ Հայաստանի և Սինգապուրի ընդհանուր հանձնառությունը։

Դեսպանությունն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնում բոլոր կազմակերպիչներին և մասնակիցներին՝ հաջող և հիշարժան տոնակատարության իրականացման համար։

📍 Singapore

Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Singapore, Serob Bejanyan, participated in the celebratory events dedicated to the 190th anniversary of the Armenian Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator in Singapore.

To take part in the jubilee events, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zareh Sinanyan, as well as the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Australia and New Zealand and Pontifical Legate for India and the Far East, Bishop Vardan Navasardyan, arrived in Singapore, along with compatriots from many countries. Representatives of the Singaporean authorities, as well as leaders of the Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, Catholic, and Coptic Christian communities, also attended the events.

Ambassador Bejanyan delivered remarks at the official reception, conveying warm greetings on behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Armenia, and highlighting the historical significance of the church and its role in preserving Armenian identity in the diaspora. “As the oldest Christian monument in Singapore, the Armenian Church stands as a symbol of faith, resilience, and the significant contribution of the Armenian people to Singapore’s cultural and public life,” the Ambassador noted in his speech.

The events provided an opportunity to further raise awareness of Armenian heritage in Singapore, while reaffirming the shared commitment of Armenia and Singapore to its preservation.

The Embassy expresses its gratitude to all organizers and participants for making the celebration successful and memorable.

🔶Համատեղության կարգով Թիմոր-Լեշտիի Ժողովրդավարական Հանրապետությունում ՀՀ դեսպան Սերոբ Բեջանյանը Դիլիում իր հավատարմագրերը հանձնեց երկրի նախագահ, Նոբելյան խաղաղության մրցանակակիր Ժոզե Մանուել Ռամուշ Օրտային։

Թիմոր-Լեշտիում հավատարմագրված դեսպանների պատվին կազմակերպված նախագահի ընդունելությանը ՀՀ դեսպանը կարճատև զրույցներ ունեցավ նախագահ Օրտայի, արտաքին գործերի և համագործակցության նախարար պրն․ Բենդիտո դոս Սանտոս Ֆրեյտասի և նախարարի տեղակալ տկն․ Ժեզուինա Մարիա Ֆերեյրա Գոմեսի հետ։

Զրուցակիցների հետ երկուստեք կարևորվեց երկկողմ և բազմակողմ հարթակներում համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

🔶 Դեսպան Բեջանյանն առանձին հանդիպում ունեցավ նաև Թիմոր-Լեշտիի Ազգային խորհրդարանի նախագահ Մարիա Ֆերնանդա Լեի հետ։ Քննարկվեցին օրենսդիր դաշտում երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության օրակարգի հաստատման հնարավորությունները։

🔶 Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (on a non-resident basis), Serob Bejanyan, presented his credentials in Dili to the President of the country, Nobel Peace Prize laureate H.E. José Manuel Ramos-Horta.

At a reception hosted by the President in honor of accredited ambassadors in Timor-Leste, the Armenian Ambassador held brief conversations with President Ramos-Horta, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Mr. Bendito dos Santos Freitas, and Vice Minister Ms. Jesuina Maria Ferreira Gomes.

🔶 Ambassador Bejanyan was received by the President of the National Parliament of Timor-Leste, Ms. Maria Fernanda Lay. The parties discussed the prospects for establishing a bilateral cooperation agenda in the legislative sphere.

Հարավարևելյան Ասիայի պետությունների ասոցիացիայում (ASEAN) Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Սերոբ Բեջանյանը հանդիպեց Ասիայի Միջխորհրդարանական ասամբլեայի (AIPA) նորանշանակ գլխավոր քարտուղար պարոն Չեմ Վիդյային։

ՀՀ դեսպանը փոխանցեց ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի շնորհավորանքները։

Կողմերը քննարկեցին Հայաստանի և ԱՄԽԱ միջև համագործակցության արդյունավետ զարգացման հնարավորությունները, տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները, ընդգծեցին կայուն խաղաղության կարևորությունը՝ համաշխարհային ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակում։

Պարոն Վիդյան շեշտեց AIPA-ի դիտորդ խորհրդարանների հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցության խթանման կարևորությունը (AIPA-ն 2023 թվականին Ինդոնեզիայի Ջակարտա քաղաքում կայացած AIPA-ի 44-րդ գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովին շնորհվել է դիտորդի կարգավիճակ):

On 11 March 2026, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary-General of AIPA, received a courtesy call by H.E. Serob Bejanyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Indonesia and ASEAN. The meeting underscored a shared commitment to further strengthening meaningful engagement between AIPA and Armenia. Both sides also exchanged views on the importance of maintaining peace and stability amid an increasingly complex global landscape, while exploring potential avenues for future cooperation. The National Assembly of Armenia has been granted observer status by AIPA in 2023 at the 44th AIPA General Assembly in Jakarta, Indonesia.
