One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of MICAM - MIPEL trade fair, on May 29, 2025 during IFW 2025, an exclusive showcase that presents Italian excellence in footwear and leather goods to the Indonesian market. The event also aims to launch a
scholarship program for young Indonesian designers, in collaboration with ARSUTORIA School in Milan. MICAM and ARSUTORIA School are collaborating to offer two scholarships
to Indonesian fashion or product design students to attend a 10-week advanced course in footwear collection design at ARSUTORIA School in Milan.
MICAM - MIPEL TEASER is a crucial opportunity to consolidate relations between Italy and Indonesia in the fashion, footwear and leather goods sectors. The synergy with IFW 2025 and the introduction of the ARSUTORIA scholarship program will play a fundamental role in enhancing Italian excellence and supporting the growth of Indonesian expertise in the footwear sector.
