Tulodo is looking for a Research Assistant Intern to support research and programme activities across a range of social impact initiatives, including public health, gender equality, education, behaviour change, and community empowerment.

📍 Location: Hybrid (Remote/Work from Home) with occasional visits to the Tulodo office in Yogyakarta

As a Research Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to research projects and programme activities implemented in collaboration with international organisations, government institutions, and civil society partners.

Increasing access and participation is often an important first step.
Sustainable change, however, depends on more than access alone.

Women may participate in financial groups, livelihood programmes, and community initiatives, while barriers related to decision making power, social norms, economic vulnerability, and access to resources continue to influence outcomes.

Understanding these challenges requires looking beyond participation rates to examine the behavioural and social factors that shape change. Frameworks such as COM-B help identify how capability, opportunity, and motivation interact to influence behaviour, providing a stronger foundation for programme design, implementation, and evaluation.

Tulodo applies research, evaluation, behavioural insights, and systems thinking to help governments, development partners, NGOs, and the private sector understand what drives change, for whom, and under what conditions.

Better evidence supports stronger programmes, more effective implementation, and more sustainable impact.

LOWONGAN KERJA: KOORDINATOR PENGUMPUL DATA

Tulodo membuka kesempatan bagi Anda yang memiliki pengalaman kerja lapangan, riset sosial, dan pemberdayaan komunitas untuk bergabung dalam proyek penelitian di komunitas petani kakao di Indonesia.

Kami sedang mencari 14 Koordinator Pengumpul Data untuk mendukung pelaksanaan baseline study dan village assessment di 5 provinsi: Aceh, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara, dan Sulawesi Selatan.

Posisi ini akan berperan penting dalam proses survei rumah tangga, wawancara informan kunci, FGD, koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa, hingga memastikan kualitas data di lapangan.

Project Officers will work closely with Ministries of Health, UNICEF, frontline health workers, and local communities to support project coordination, stakeholder engagement, toolkit adaptation, and implementation activities at the country level.
