[STECU 2026]

Puberty is a natural phase of life, yet it is often surrounded by confusion, stigma, and misinformation. Through open discussion and proper education, we can help young people understand the changes they experience, develop healthy behaviors, and make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health.

In line with our commitment to promoting sexual and reproductive health, SCORA CIMSA UKDW proudly presents STECU (Social Training for Ending Community Unawareness) a social training program designed to increase awareness and understanding about behavioral changes during puberty, all about puberty, and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.

Through interactive education and community engagement, STECU aims to empower individuals with knowledge, build confidence, and create a safe space where questions are welcomed and facts replace myths.

[ACTIVITY REPORT : CARE x MATTRESS 2025]

Mental health in Indonesia has become an increasingly prominent issue, with more than 1 in 8 people globally living with a mental disorder. In Indonesia, the problem is serious, with rising cases of depression, anxiety, and su***de that are often undetected or untreated. A significant challenge is the lack of public understanding regarding the importance of mental health and limited access to information and adequate services. Furthermore, social stigma attached to mental health causes many individuals to be reluctant to seek help.

Data from the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) states that 6.2% of the population aged 15-24 years experiences depression. Based on the Indonesia-National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS), only a minority of adolescents seek treatment at health facilities like doctors and nurses (24.3%).

Through the CARE (Care Your Mind, Strengthen Your Soul) x MATTRESS 2025 activity, SCOPH CIMSA UKDW aims to raise awareness and understanding of mental health through participatory education and direct interaction with the community. The program, which includes an educational seminar, sharing session, yoga workshop, and a ground campaign at Malioboro, seeks to encourage the community to adopt a healthy lifestyle and maintain physical and mental balance.
