Over 10,000 women didn't return for the second appointment after the 3 day wait.
We asked the chair of the abortion review Marie O'Shea if she followed up with these women.
The answer was no.
Women's voices matter but apparently not those women.
More power needs to be devolved to councillors and local authorities.
They are best placed to know what infrastructure or housing is needed for their area.

The Government are trying to dismantle the triple lock and sign away Ireland’s neutrality.
Come along and show them that we have no interest in losing our neutrality.
Why has the Government not sought a derrogation for the solidarity pool within the EU Migration pact like Poland has?
The pact will do nothing to address movement between the common travel area.
The Government promised a fuel support scheme for farmers but the reality most smaller or medium sized farmers will be ineligible for the scheme.
You can’t solve immigration issues by shutting down debate or sanitising coverage.
