As an individual trying to do their bit in the community, the group founder decided to bring like-minded people together to help a vitally important service in the community of Co. Meath, Ireland. Our Story
We often would like to help but are not sure how. That is how this page has come about. As an individual trying to do their bit in the community, the group founder decided to bring like-minded people together to help a vitally important service in the community of Co. Meath, Ireland - Meath Women’s Refuge and Support Services.
With just one Women's Refuge for the entire county of over 185,000 people, funding and supports to and for this Refuge and the Services it offers, are constantly strained. In an effort to help this service continue the fantastic work it does, this page has been set up to highlight the work and how we the general public can help at times.
Everything done, organised, or advocated is in the interest of Meath Women’s Refuge and Support Services. We do not work for the Refuge. We work to support the Refuge.
The motto of this group is 'Be conscious in your giving'. Thank you for your support.
