ספריית רחוב-תלפיות/ארנונה Talpiot/Arnona-Street Library

I need your help. With new threats on the Northern border, antisemitism hatred of Israel every increasing, it's easy to fall into despair. Many of you know that a friend Adriana Folberg-Blum and I organize a bus down to the Gaza Envelope every Thursday to help the farmers. What you may not know (I myself wouldn't have if Lawrence Feldman hadn't alerted me) is that the book I published in 2020 was listed as one of 10 books to read before visiting Israel. It's an honor for sure, but what's more important to me now is to share the spectacular sides of this tiny country of ours. There's a whole lot of that in Angels & Tahina. So, I'm seeking your ideas for any of the following: social influencers, connections to book clubs, communities, podcasts, etc. who might be interested. A strong theme running throughout is resilience and hope, which are both badly needed during this period where uncertainty and chaos loom. Please, please, please post below any thoughts you have.

ערב טוב, מצאתי היום תוך כדי סידור הספריה כמה ספרים על שעונים עתיקים.
לפני כמה חודשים פגשתי בספריה גבר כבן 60 שחיפש ספרים על שעונים, היינו שנינו בלי טלפונים ולא יכולנו להחליף מספרים, יכול להיות שקוראים לו מרדכי (ואולי אני מדמיינת...)
אז מרדכי או לא - אם אתה פה, או שמישהו פה מכיר - אשמח לחיבור

A charming little rolling library, complete with seven hammocks for laid-back readers, has been popping up around Paris. The clever piece of micro-architecture on wheels is the brainchild of Paris-based artist and designer Amandine Lagut. Last October she launched a crowdfunding project for the Bibliambule and took in twice the cash she requested. So don’t be surprised if you spot the itinerant little library at a street fair or festival in Paris on a sunny weekend. Just grab a book and plop down in a comfy hammock for a read.
