Inaugurated by Shri Brishaketu Debbarma, Hon'ble Minister of State, Industries & Commerce, in the presence of Shri Rabindra Debbarma, Hon'ble MDC, TTAADC, and other dignitaries.

Citizens raised their grievances directly with officials. Certificates, RoRs, IHHL sanctions, SHG bank linkage, health checkups and Aadhaar services were provided on the spot. Bringing governance to the people's doorstep.

From "who caused the delay?" to a dated record everyone can see.

Every development work begins with an estimate or a DPR. Until now this office had no record of the date on which a work was entrusted to an engineer, or how long it had been lying. When something was delayed, the engineers attributed it to the VC in-charges and the in-charges to the engineers — and there was no way of establishing whose account was correct.

We have put a simple system in place. A VC in-charge or this office raises the requisition naming the work; it appears at once in the concerned engineer's login; the engineer records his own remarks where a work is delayed or not feasible; and closes it with the Technical Sanction number and date.

What it changes is modest but useful. Pendency is now counted by the system from the date of requisition, not asserted by any party. Engineer-wise workload is visible at a glance. And where there is a genuine constraint — land not available, funds awaited — it stands on record in the engineer's own words rather than being argued over in a meeting.

It runs on an ordinary office computer over our own network, at no recurring cost.

Strengthening livestock healthcare services in Hezamara R.D. Block

A Mini Mobile Veterinary Unit provided by the Animal Resources Development Department (ARDD), Government of Tripura, has been deployed to deliver veterinary services at the doorstep of livestock farmers. The unit will facilitate timely treatment, vaccination, disease prevention, and advisory services, ensuring better animal health and enhanced livelihood opportunities for rural households.

This initiative reflects the Government's commitment to improving accessibility to essential veterinary care and supporting the livestock sector in the Block.

A comprehensive Block Level Review Meeting was held on 3rd August 2026 at the Block Panchayat Resource Centre, Hezamara R.D. Block, under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate & Collector, West Tripura. The meeting was graced by the presence of the Hon'ble MDC, TTAADC, Chairman and Vice-Chairman, BAC Hezamara, along with officials from all line departments and Village Committee.

The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of ongoing government schemes, strengthening inter-departmental coordination, addressing implementation challenges, and ensuring effective service delivery for the overall development and welfare of the people of Hezamara Block.

A Special Gram Sabha was successfully conducted for the finalization of the Permanent Wait List (PWL) of Awaas+ beneficiaries, marking an important step towards ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process.
