Bridging the gap between vision and grassroots reality!
Continuing our momentum from the Village Development Plan (VDP) Phase 1 & Phase 2 Training, sponsored by TRESP, here are moments from our interactive group workshops across the Bubagwra VC under Belbari RD Block, Laxmipur VC and Shibnagar VC under Mandwi RD Block, and Birmohan VC under Lefunga RD Block. Through structured modules and field facilitation guided by SIPARD. These sessions went beyond theory, engaging participants in hands-on mapping exercises and open discussions to unearth genuine local challenges.

Empowering grassroots communities for a sustainable future!
We are thrilled to share glimpses from the successful training of the Village Development Plan (VDP) Phase 1 and Phase 2Training, conducted during the second week of August, generously sponsored by TRESP. These intensive capacity-building sessions were actively conducted across the Jampuijala, Mungiakami,Mandwi and Lefunga blocks, bringing together local leaders, SHG members, and rural stakeholders.
A heartfelt thank you to all participants, resource persons, and block officials whose active involvement made these sessions a resounding success.

SIPARD is delighted to unveil its One District One Product (ODOP) Display Corner, showcasing the best products from all eight districts of Tripura.

The display features products lovingly crafted by Self Help Groups (SHGs) under the Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM), along with premium value-added agarwood products from Unakoti district, contributed by the NTFP Centre of Excellence.

This initiative exhibits the unique identity of Tripura's districts—one product at a time.

আমাদের রাজ্যকে আর্থিকভাবে আরও বিনিয়োগ বান্ধব, দক্ষ মানব সম্পদ সমৃদ্ধ এবং স্বনির্ভর রাজ্য হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে রাজ্য সরকার বিভিন্ন পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে এবং বিভিন্ন পরিকল্পনা রূপায়ন করছে। আর্থিক জ্ঞানসম্পন্ন ও দক্ষ মানবসম্পদই আগামী দিনে অর্থনৈতিক প্রবৃদ্ধির অন্যতম চালিকাশক্তি হয়ে উঠবে। গতকাল আগরতলার প্রজ্ঞাভবনে ন্যাশনাল স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (এনএসই)-এর সঙ্গে সিপার্ড, শিল্প ও বাণিজ্য দপ্তর এবং দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন দপ্তরের মধ্যে তিনটি সমঝোতাপত্র স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠানে একথা বলেন মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী প্রফেসর ডাঃ মানিক সাহা।

Today, at Pragya Bhavan, Agartala, in the august presence of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tripura, Professor Dr. Manik Saha, three significant Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed between the Government of Tripura and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).

Describing the occasion as a historic milestone, the Hon'ble Chief Minister expressed confidence that this landmark initiative would usher in a new era of financial literacy, skill development, and entrepreneurship in the State.

Through this initiative, SIPARD has emerged as one of the first government training institutions in the country to establish such a significant strategic partnership with the National Stock Exchange of India.
