Rotary Club Agra GRACE

Rotary Club Agra Grace organized a service activity on Republic Day at 12:00 p.m. at Blossoms Hospital, Master Plan Road, Agra.
The event was a Health Camp focusing on nutrition for women during adolescence, pregnancy, and menopause.
The camp included general health awareness sessions and interactive discussions with doctors on topics such as bone health, menopausal symptoms, and related issues. It also offered free laboratory tests, including anaemia screening (Hb), thyroid screening, and diabetes screening.
A large number of patients participated in the camp. Overall, it was an enriching and knowledge-enhancing experience for the community.

Rotary Club Agra Grace organized a candle-making workshop at Raghunath Nagar, M.G. Road, Agra, for underprivileged ladies and girls. Through this programme, 25 women and girls benefited in two sessions conducted under the expert guidance of Ms. Vinti Bansal.
On this occasion, Club President Dr. Parnita Bansal explained the importance of such skill-development courses, which help women become self-sufficient and financially independent.
Club Secretary Dr. Sharmila Panjwani stressed the importance of conducting such courses and workshops at regular intervals.Club Treasurer Manjusha Sharma and other members encouraged the participants and actively participated in the workshop.

Fun meet at Cha Muska

Rotary Grace organized a candle-making workshop for its members. Under the guidance of Mrs. Vinti Bansal, members created beautiful candles and took them home. It was a very fulfilling and delightful experience for everyone.

On 17th jan,The Rotary Club Agra Grace organized an interactive session with life coach Rakhi Gupta on fear, anxiety, and ways to overcome them at Hotel P.L. Palace, followed by a meditation session.
It was a well-attended program. Club President Dr. Parnita Bansal welcomed everyone. Rotarians Ashu Mittal and Neelam Malhotra felicitated the chief guest. The vote of thanks was presented by Secretary Dr. Sharmila.
Manjusha Chandra, Rajni Luthra, Renu Manchanda, Shalini, Meenakshi Mohan, Jyoti, Seema Singhal, Preeti Mohan, and Runu Sarkar were present on the occasion.

Today, Rotary Club Agra Grace organized a service activity at Gurudwara Guru Ka Taal, Sikandara. This activity was part of the club’s ongoing Anti-Fog Radium Reflector Abhiyaan, under which members affixed radium reflectors on the back of trucks and other vehicles.
On this occasion, the club’s Charter President, Dr. Jaideep Malhotra, and Dr. Narendra Malhotra spoke about the necessity of radium reflectors during foggy weather. Club President Dr. Parnita Bansal and Secretary Dr. Sharmila Panjwani emphasized their importance in preventing accidents and saving lives.
Club Treasurer Manjusha Chandra stated that the club will continue this activity throughout the month at different locations across the city.Runu Sarkar and Preeti Mohan were also present and actively participated in the activity.

Some acts of service bring deep satisfaction to the heart. Beginning the new year with compassion and love for destitute elderly people makes it truly meaningful.

Our club carried out a service activity at Annapurna Vridha Ashram, located in Shahganj near Rajeev Cinema. Currently, around 31 residents, including men and women, reside there, supported by 7 staff members.
They shared the following requirements:
Woollen rajai covers for all inmates (size: 3 × 6 feet each)
1 washing machine (10 kg capacity)
Toiletries
Surf detergent (15 kg monthly requirement)
Eatables
Tea leaves (chai ki patti)
Desi ghee
Our members generously contributed to this noble cause and spent quality time with the residents, making the visit both meaningful and fulfilling.

*A Very Soulful Visit to Anubhav Nidhi Ashram*
This morning, we visited Anubhav Nidhi Ashram, run by the Jagriti Foundation. It is a home for elderly people, providing them not only with peaceful, clean, and well-constructed resort-style living but also helping them become *self-reliant* and independent.
The residents make excellent quality products such as a variety of *papads, mangoris, achars, honey, murabbas* , and more. Our members purchased many of their products to support them.
The ashram also houses more than *30 girls from the North East* , who are being taught Hindi and Sanskrit. There is also a *gaushala* with Gir cows, cared for by selfless and dedicated members of our society.
We can continue to support them in several ways in the future, beyond just buying their handmade products.

रोटरी क्लब आगरा ग्रेस का नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह सम्पन्न

आगरा, 26 सितम्बर 2025: रोटरी क्लब आगरा ग्रेस का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह वर्ष 2025–26 के लिए फेयरफील्ड बाय मैरियट, आगरा में भव्य रूप से आयोजित किया गया। समारोह में क्लब के नव-निर्वाचित पदाधिकारियों को शपथ दिलाई गई।

इस अवसर पर डॉ. परिणीता बंसल को क्लब अध्यक्ष, डॉ. शर्मिला पंजवानी को क्लब सचिव, तथा सुश्री मंजुषा चंद्रा को क्लब कोषाध्यक्ष के रूप में शपथ दिलाई गई। समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में आईपीडीजी रोटेरियन नीरव निमेश अग्रवाल उपस्थित रहे, जबकि पूर्व डिस्ट्रिक्ट गवर्नर शरत चंद्रा, डिस्ट्रिक्ट मेंबरशिप चेयर रोटेरियन थान सिंह, और असिस्टेंट गवर्नर आरती मल्होत्रा विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित हुए।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन सुव्यवस्थित रूप से मंजुषा चंद्रा द्वारा किया गया।

इस अवसर पर क्लब की चार्टर प्रेसिडेंट डॉ. जयदीप मल्होत्रा, डॉ. नरेंद्र मल्होत्रा, अशु मित्तल, अशु जैन, मीनाक्षी मोहन, डॉ. नीतू चौधरी, डॉ. रुनु सरकार, अनुपमा, प्रीति मोहन, शिल्पा, रजनी लूथरा, डॉ. पारुल, डॉ. सुनिता, डॉ. अनुपमा, चाँदनी मैनी, और सबीता जैन सहित अनेक गणमान्य सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।

डॉ. जयदीप मल्होत्रा ने सभी नव-निर्वाचित पदाधिकारियों को शपथ दिलाई और उनके उज्ज्वल कार्यकाल की शुभकामनाएँ दीं।

अध्यक्ष पद संभालने के बाद डॉ. परिणीता बंसल ने अपने संबोधन में क्लब के आगामी सेवा कार्यों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि रोटरी क्लब आगरा ग्रेस आने वाले वर्ष में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, पर्यावरण और सामुदायिक सेवा के क्षेत्र में नई योजनाएँ प्रारम्भ करेगा। उन्होंने सभी सदस्यों से एकजुट होकर समाज सेवा के कार्यों को आगे बढ़ाने का संकल्प लिया।

यह समारोह रोटरी क्लब के सदस्यों के लिए एक प्रेरणादायक अवसर रहा, जिसने सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व और सामुदायिक सेवा के प्रति उनके समर्पण को और सुदृढ़ किया
