A new initiative was launched at Tears on September 13, 2025, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment's Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) and DDRS Tears Institution, Agra. Under the Pradhan Mantri Divyangjan Sahayata Kendra (PMDSK), assistive devices will be provided free of cost to differently-abled individuals and senior citizens under one roof.
