Yesterday I did my 90th Sentinel Lymph node procedure. With your goodwill & blessings there are no axillary recurrence till date. Popular "De-escalation" of axillary surgery assure excellent cancer control without morbidity. It has been accepted as Standard of Care world over for clinically negative axilla in breast cancer. As on Toady, any breast cancer patient having clinically negative axilla should never undergo up front axillary clearance!
