Sub :- Action against erring authorities who attempted forcefully shifting the children from the St. Francis Sevadham Orphanage at Shyampur, Sagar District, M.P

Sir,
It is in reference to the above mentioned subject that we would like to bring to your kind attention that it is the second attempt of the Sagar District (Madhya Pradesh) administration to shift forcefully the children from the St. Francis Sevadham Orphanage at Shyampur. The district administration has stated the reason as non-renewal of registration. Taking into account the grave situation the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh has given a stay order against the forceful shifting of children on 06.01.2022. Under these circumstances there are many facts that need a thorough investigation and take action against the erring officials, so that in future helpless children may not be put into such hazardous situations in their lives.
1. St. Francis Sevadham Orphanage at Shyampur, Sagar District has filed the registration renewal application on 16.06.2020 but till date it is pending, why such situation has happened which in turn caused serious inconveniences to children living there, so the responsible persons are to be made accountable.
2. What serious condition has made the district administration and CWC to forcefully shift children causing serious problems to children in a time of pandemic , cold climate and the application for renewal is pending before the concerned authorities, we request that after investigation action be taken against the authorities who are responsible for the same.
3. Who are the persons responsible for the countless irrational complaints against the orphanage which has led to the registration of false case against the Director of the orphanage, the responsible persons be punished and false case be withdrawn. We request your good self to initiate an investigation into these whole incidents and take against the erring officials and also complete the process of renewal at the earliest to avoid further embarrassments to the society and to the State Government.
