We are often faced with challenging and critical decisions in our lives and careers.

One important aspect of making good decisions is to do so from a position of strength, not from a position of weakness.

When presented with options, focus on the one where you have relative leverage or strength. That is the area you should aim for.

If among several decisions, another option seems more favorable, wait until it levels up to the area where you are already ahead.

Among the options you have, choose the one where you have a stronger grounding.
