Is the Gita the ultimate business guide?

According to Mr. Prashant Pareek, Associate Professor - Shanti Business School the answer is a resounding yes. By focusing on "Mama Dharma" (My Duty), entrepreneurs can shift their focus from self-interest to organizational growth and collective well-being.

"My organization, my work, my people." That is the true path of a leader.

In an era of hyper-automation, true luxury is no longer defined by the gold on the walls, but by the resonance of the service. While AI can optimize a room inventory with 99.9% precision, it cannot replicate the "Human Premium", the intangible warmth that lingers long after checkout.

As Sneha Agarwal (Director, The Hillock Hotels) notes, the ultimate competitive advantage isn’t found in a tech stack; it’s the radical ability to go "all out" for a guest.

AI manages the transaction; only a human can curate the memory.
