राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की विचारधाराओ से प्रेरित और देशकी सेवा के लिए सम्पूर्ण समर्पित ऐसे राष्ट्रसेविका डॉ.दीदी यानि डॉ.हीरलभट्ट के द्वारा,मेरी यह सशक्ति ऐप्लकैशन का विचार प्रस्तुत किया जाए,और अभी डॉ.दीदी संघमे नारी शक्ति का दायित्व वहन कर रहे है।

डॉ. दीदी के प्रारम्भिक विचारने जन्म लिया की नारीको अनामत मिल रही है,नारी समाज मे आगे आके प्रतिनिधित्व कर रही है,तब सशक्तिकरण महत्वपूर्ण है ,और उसके साथ नारी द्वारा ही नारी का रक्षण,और नारी का हर एक विषयमे प्रशिक्षण भी इतना ही आवश्यक है। अपनी ही नजदीक बहन,बेटी,माता,नारी द्वारा नजदीक नारी को नए विचार देना, सांप्रत समाज की बातोंसे अवगत करना,ज्ञान देना ,समाज के ,देशके, विश्वके प्रश्नोंका ज्ञान देना, और भारतीय संस्कृतिऔर जीवन शैली का सही ज्ञान देना और इस तरह से उनका सर्वांगी सशक्तिकरण करना।
उसके लिए कौन सा प्लेटफॉर्म हो सके? डॉ दीदी को यह विचार आया की एक ऐसा प्लेटफॉर्म जो नारीओ के मोबाईल तक पहोचा जा सके और वह है नारी सशक्ति ऐप्लकैशन। और इसके लिए डॉ.दीदीने शेठ ग्रुप भावनगर गुजरात के संस्थापक श्री अपूर्वभाई शेठ का संपर्क किया की, सर मेरे पास यह विचार है और देश की हर एक महिलाओ के लिए मे यह कार्य करना चाहती हु।
इस विचार की ताकत देख श्री अपूर्वभाई शेठ ने यह विचार को एक राह दी,वे खुद भी एक टेकनॉक्रेट है ,कंप्युटरमे डिग्री भी ले चुके है और ३० साल का व्यापार उधयोग का अनुभव भी रखते है। उन्होंने इस विचार को दिशा देते हुए ऐप्लकैशन के लिए लॉजिक तैयार किए और मार्कटेक कंपनी के मौलिक शाह ने ऐप्लकैशन के विकास की जीमेवारी का स्वीकार किया और ६ भाषाओ मे इस एप को तैयार
किया गया।
यह नारीसशक्ति एप ,जिसके माध्यम से नारीओ को सर्वांगी विकास करने मे सहायता रहेगी और नजदीकी नारी द्वारा नजदीकी नारीओ का रक्षण और सहायता भी मिलेगी।इस उच्च विचार को लेके डॉ। दीदी यानि डॉ. हीरल् भट्ट नारीओ के लिए लेके आए है. और इसमे सम्पूर्णरूप से लोगो का सहकार प्राप्त हो और भारतवर्ष के विकास मे नारीओ का हिस्सा ५० प्रतिशत है,और उनके लिए डॉ.दीदीने यह अपेक्षा के साथ यह प्रयास कीया है।

રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્વયંસેવક સંઘના વિચારધારાથી સંપૂર્ણપણે પ્રેરિત અને દેશની સેવા માટે સંપૂર્ણ સમર્પિત એવા રાષ્ટ્ર સેવિકા ડોક્ટર દીદી એટલે કે ડોક્ટર હિરલ ભટ્ટ દ્વારા, આ મારી દ્વારા સશક્તિ એપ્લિકેશનનો વિચાર પ્રસ્તુત કરવામાં આવ્યો , તેઓ હાલમાં સંઘમાં ગુજરાત પ્રાંત નારીશક્તિ તરીકેના દાયિત્વનું વહન કરે છે.

ડોક્ટર દીદીને આવેલ આ પ્રારંભિક વિચાર એ જન્મ લીધો કે , જ્યારે સ્ત્રીઓને અનામત આપવાની વાત છે,સ્ત્રી સમાજમાં પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરી રહી છે, તો સશક્તિકરણ ખૂબ જ જરૂરી તેમ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે,અને એ સાથે જ સ્ત્રીઓ દ્વારા નજીકની સ્ત્રીઓનું રક્ષણ, પ્રશિક્ષણ જરૂરી છે દરેક જગ્યાએ પ્રશાસન ન પહોંચી શકે.પોતાની જ નજીકની સ્ત્રીઓ દ્વારા,માતા,બહેન દીકરી દ્વારા જ નજીકની સ્ત્રીઓને નવા નવા વિચારો આપવા સાંપ્રત સમાજની બાબતોથી અવગત કરાવવા, સારૂ જ્ઞાન આપવું સમાજના પ્રશ્નોનું ,દેશના પ્રશ્નોનું ,વિશ્વની ઘટનાઓનું જ્ઞાન આપવું અને એ રીતે એનું સર્વાંગી સશક્તિકરણ કરવું .

તેની માટે શું પ્લેટફોર્મ હોઈ શકે? તેમને વિચાર આવ્યો કે એવું એક પ્લેટફોર્મ કે જે એમના મોબાઇલ સુધી પહોંચી શકાય અને એછે નારી સશક્તિ મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન.

આ વિચાર માટે ખૂબ જ ખર્ચો થતો હોય છે દરેકના મોબાઇલ સુધી પહોંચવું એ માટે ડિજિટલ મીડિયા પણ મોંઘો થઈ ગયું છે. એનું ડેવલપમેન્ટ અને લોકો સુધી વાત પહોંચાડી એ બધું પણ ખર્ચાળ છે.એ માટે ડોક્ટર દીદી એ શેઠ ગ્રુપ ભાવનગર ગુજરાતના ફાઉન્ડર શ્રી અપૂર્વભાઈ શેઠનો સંપર્ક કર્યો કે સર મારી પાસે આ એક વિચાર છે અને દેશની તમામ મહિલાઓ માટે હું આ એક કાર્ય કરવા માંગુ છું.

આ વિચારમાં તાકાત જોઈને શ્રી અપૂર્વભાઈ શેઠ એ આ વિચારને ઉપાડી લીધો. તેઓ પોતે પણ ટેકનોક્રેટ છે, કોમ્પ્યુટરમાં પણ ડિગ્રી ધરાવે છે અને 30 વર્ષનો વેપાર ઉદ્યોગનો અનુભવ ધરાવે છે. તેમણે આ વિચાર ઉપડી લીધો અને એપ્લિકેશન માટેના લોજીક તૈયાર કર્યા અને એમાં માર્કટેક કંપનીના મૌલિક શાહ એ એના ડેવલપમેન્ટ માટેની જવાબદારી સ્વીકારી લીધી અને છ
ભાષામાં આ એપ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવી.

આ નારી સશક્તિ એપ કે જેના દ્વારા સ્ત્રીઓને સંપૂર્ણ સર્વાંગી વિકાસ કરવામાં મદદરૂપ થશે અને તદુપરાંત નજીકની સ્ત્રીઓ દ્વારા નજીકની સ્ત્રીઓનો રક્ષણ અથવા મદદ પણ થઈ શકશે.

આવો ઉચ્ચ વિચાર લઈને ડોક્ટર દીદી એટલે કે ડોક્ટર હિરલ ભટ્ટ સ્ત્રીઓ માટે આવ્યા છે અને એમાં સંપૂર્ણપણે લોકોનો સહકાર મળી રહે અને સ્ત્રીઓ કે જે ભારત દેશના વિકાસમાં 50% હિસ્સો ધરાવે છે, તેમની માટે તેમણે જે આ એક પ્રયત્ન કર્યો છે તેમાં તમામનો સહયોગ મળી રહેશે તેવી અપેક્ષા સાથે ડોક્ટર દીદી આ પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યા છે.

Inspired by the ideologies of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and completely dedicated to the service of the country ,the idea of NARI SASHAKTI application Has presented by Dr.DIDI i.e.Dr.Heeral Bhatt. She has driven the responsibility as Nari shakti in Sangh.
Dr.DIDI initial idea was that women are getting reservation, women are coming forward and representing in the society in each field, the empowerment is important and along with it, protection of women by women and training of women in every subject is also equally important and necessity.
To give new ideas to the nearest women, through our own sister,mother,and daughter, and woman, to make them aware about the things of the society, to give knowledge about the society, the country, the world affairs and to give correct
knowledge of Indian culture and lifestyle and in this to empower them from all around.
Dr.DIDI has thought, which platform can be there for that?Dr.Didi came up with a idea of creating a platform that can reach women’s mobile phones and that is “Nari Sashakti” application.
And for this Dr.DIDI contacted Mr.Apurvabhai Sheth, founder of Sheth group,Bhavnagar,GUJARAT. Sir I have this idea and want to do this work for every women in the country.Seeing the strength of the idea, Shri Apurva Bhai Sheth gave a path to this idea ,he himself is a technocrat ,has also taken degree in computer and also has 30
years of business industry experience. Giving direction to the idea, he prepared the logic for the application and Maulik shah of Marktech company has accepted the responsibility of developing the application and this app has prepared in six languages.
with this “Nari Sa Shakti app”, women will be helped in overall
development and nearby women will also get protection and help from near by women.
With this high thought,Dr.Didi,i.e.Dr.Heeral Bhatt has brought it for women. And in this we will get cooperation of the people, and as women are sharing 50% of participation in the development of “BHARAT”, and Dr.DIDI has made this effort with the expectation that it will be for them.
