Nan Liu Enterprise Co., Ltd, Taiwan dreamt of setting a plant in India for a long time. In 2017, Nanliu Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd was setup in the state of Gujarat. In 2018, we acquired a land of about 42,000 sq.m in the outskirts of Ahmedabad. The plant is already in the construction phase and will go into production in early 2020.
In Phase-I, Nanliu will manufacture Air through nonwoven fabrics and the production will start in early 2020. Initially, two high speed Air through nonwoven lines will be installed with an output capacity of 6,000 MT/year. Our high-quality Air through nonwoven sheet is used in the Sanitary napkins and Diapers as Topsheet, Acquisition Distribution Layer and Backsheet. In the next phase, Nanliu India will manufacture Wet/Dry wipes, Facial sheet masks and Spunlace fabrics.
