ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ-: 6 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ () ਸ਼ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਪੁਨਰ-ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਵਫਦ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੈੱਡਕੁਆਰਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੌਰਵ ਯਾਦਵ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਵਫਦ ਨੇ ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਨੰਬਰ 0149 ਮਿਤੀ 21.08.2026, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ, ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਘੇਰਾ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਵਫਦ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਸ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ 2 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਏ ਹੁਕਮਨਾਮਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਖ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਥਿਤ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹੁਕਮਨਾਮਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਐਸ ਜੀ ਪੀ ਸੀ ਵੱਲ ਇਸ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਦੀ ਉਂਗਲ ਉਠ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਦਾਇਰਾ ਵੀ ਏਨਾ ਹੀ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪਰਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਦਾ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਵੇਂ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੂੰ "ਇੱਕ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੈਸੇ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ"। ਇਹ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ:
- ਸਾਰੇ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਾਨਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ੀ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ (ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ, ਕਾਲ ਡਿਟੇਲ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ, ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਸੰਚਾਰ, ਵਿਜ਼ਟਰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਆਦਿ) ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
- ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਾਲਕ੍ਰਮ ਦਾ ਪੁਨਰ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਾਰਾਂ, ਮਾਸਟਰਮਾਈਂਡਾਂ, ਵਿੱਤਦਾਤਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
- ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ 'ਤੇ ਚਲਾਈ ਗਈ ਕਥਿਤ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਨਾਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਮਕੀ ਭਰੀ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ, ਦੀ ਵੀ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
- ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ.ਟੀ. ਐਕਟ 79A, BNSS 176(3), BNS 299, BNS 298, BNS 61(2), BNS 61(1) ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਸ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਤੋਂ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੀ ਸਾਖ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਚ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ. ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ (ਯੂਥ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ) ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੇਵਕ, ਮੀਡੀਆ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਤੇਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂ, ਸ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੰਨੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਸ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।
Forensic Investigation into Anandpur Sahib Incident; “Mastermind” Behind Conspiracy to Tarnish the Reputation of Singh Sahibaan Must Be Exposed: S. Gurjit Singh Talwandi
Chandigarh, October 6: A delegation of the Shiromani Akali Dal Punarsurjit today met Punjab Director General of Police, Shri Gaurav Yadav, at the Punjab Police Headquarters in Chandigarh. The delegation demanded that the scope of investigation into FIR No. 0149 dated 21.08.2026, registered at Police Station Sri Anandpur Sahib, be immediately expanded.
Leading the delegation, S. Gurjit Singh Talwandi said that the matter is linked to an alleged broader conspiracy to target the reputation of Singh Sahibaan and defame them following the Hukamnama issued by Sri Akal Takht Sahib on December 2, 2024. He said that, in view of the seriousness of the facts and allegations emerging in the matter, the investigation must also be comprehensive enough to uncover all aspects and layers of the alleged conspiracy.
S. Talwandi said that in recently surfaced video evidence, the alleged victim has claimed that she was “brought to India as part of a mission and was promised money to accomplish the objective.” He said these claims should be subjected to an impartial and scientific investigation to establish who was behind the entire matter and what role, if any, was played by the various individuals involved.
The delegation demanded that:
* All electronic and documentary evidence—including CCTV footage, call detail records, digital communications, visitor registers and other relevant material—be immediately secured and subjected to forensic examination.
* The complete chronology of events be reconstructed and the roles of persons allegedly involved in the conspiracy, including those who may have provided financial support and other potential beneficiaries, be investigated.
* The alleged coordinated social-media campaign, including allegations of defamatory and threatening content, be subjected to an independent and technical investigation.
* The applicable legal provisions be reviewed during the investigation and, wherever supported by the facts and law, the relevant provisions of Section 79A of the IT Act, Section 176(3) of the BNSS, Sections 299 and 298 of the BNS, and relevant provisions of Section 61 of the BNS be considered.
S. Talwandi said that the matter is directly connected with the reputation of the Sikh religious leadership issuing orders from Sri Akal Takht Sahib. In view of the seriousness of the matter, he demanded a comprehensive and impartial investigation based on forensic evidence under high-level supervision.
The delegation included S. Gurjit Singh Talwandi (Youth President), Advocate Balbir Singh Sewak, Media In-charge S. Tajinder Singh Pannu, S. Amarinder Singh Banni Brar and S. Jagjit Singh.
