MLA Shangus Ang East, Adv Reyaz Ahmad Khan, today raised several important issues concerning the people of Shangus Ang East in the Legislative Assembly.
1. Final Financial approval for SDH Shangus:
Adv. Reyaz Khan vociferously advocated the case of SDH Shangus. He thanked Hon’ble Health Minister Sakeena Ittoo for approving the file and requested the Hon’ble Chief Minister to direct final financial clearance for creation and restoration of consultant posts at SDH Shangus.
2. Kaaj Naag Project:
The Hon’ble MLA also raised the issue of Kaaj Naag. He informed the House that a survey for the project was conducted in 1984 during the Government of Dr. Farooq Abdullah, following a request by then MLA Shangus Mohd. Maqbool Dar. He urged the Government to constitute a high-powered survey team for taking the project forward.
3. Seer–Nambal Approach Road
Adv. Reyaz Khan raised the issue of the Seer–Nambal Approach Road, highlighting the need for necessary attention and development of the vital road.
4. Beighpora–Sheikpora & Aho Paison Bridges
The Hon’ble MLA also took up the issues concerning the Beighpora–Sheikpora and Aho Paison Bridges, seeking necessary intervention for their development and completion.
5. Land Digitisation
He further raised important concerns regarding land digitisation in the House and sought necessary measures to address the issues faced by the people.
