The founder of the Idarah is Late Aga Syed Mustafa AlHusaini Hamadani (Ra).
Idarah Waliul Aser (atfs) Islami Library Chattergam ® [hence forth IWA], Kashmir since
the time of its establishment in February
2005 has been moving towards its ultimate goal of dissemination and promulgation of Islamic sciences and Seerah of Aima-Masoomeen (a.s)"
Idarah Waliul Aser(as) library is one of the basic departments of the Iddara established mainly to promote Islamic teachings and sciences. With a very humble beginning, the Library at present has developed as a rich repository of knowledge about Tafsir, Ahadees, Fiqah, Tawareekh, Ikhlaq, mantaq and many other Islamic sciences besides, quenching the thirst of readers interested in sociology, comparative religions, philosophy etc.
