This college was establish by Great Freedom Fighter and ex parlimentry secretry for education in U.P Hazrat Maulana Mahfoozur Rahman Naami(Rh.)(founder of JAMIA ARBIA MASOODIYA NOORUL ULOOM BAHRAICH) in 1948 as Maulana Azad Inter College Bahraich @ building of Raja Nanpara
At present this college is run under Maneging Commette of Waqf No.19 Dargah Shareef Bahraich
