We have followed up extensively with the KHB department, however NETHAJI SUBHAS CHANDRA BOSE LAYOUT STILL DOES NOT HAVE BASING FACILITIES SUCH AS ELECTRICITY OR WATER. AN ATTEMPT IS BEING MADE TO GET MINISTRY NOTICE. Please feel free to join the community if any owners are eager to begin construction.
