Yours faithfully

Heartfelt Appreciation

For the past five days, 44 lights at the Nayandahalli Railway Gate Underpass have been out of service, creating a serious public-safety concern.

Following our complaint, the Bengaluru West City Corporation restored all 44 lights within just six hours.

I am truly grateful for this swift and responsible action. It is heartening to see that a genuine public concern was heard and addressed so promptly.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this possible and helped make the underpass safer for the public.

GBA Grievance Number: 21274653

For the past five days, the Nayandahalli Railway Gate Underpass in Bengaluru has had no functioning lights.

Pedestrians and two- and four-wheeler riders use the underpass, and adequate lighting is essential for their safety, especially in the early morning, evening, and at night. There have also been reports of chain-snatching, mobile-snatching, and other incidents in the area, making proper lighting even more important.

I urge the concerned authorities to treat this as an urgent public-safety matter and restore the lighting as soon as possible.

Thank you for your attention and prompt action.

Yours faithfully
