Just wanted to share my horrible experience with the Mfine Lab Test. I just lost ~3500 INR.
I used the doctor tele-consultation feature of Mfine App to consult a doctor for my father. Doctor prescribed a lab test. I used the feature available in the doctor consultation window to book the lab test. It's a feature where you can book lab tests prescribed by the doctor automatically without manually choosing the test. I booked it, the report was delayed by 3 days and when it came it was for some other similar lab test. When I called customer care they told me, it's your responsibility to verify if tests are the same as the doctor prescribed and if it's not the same you need to call the customer care to correct it.
In the process, I lost 3500 INR and seven days to get the test results.
It's not the first time this has happened with Mfine. They have no control on when the test report will come, meanwhile the doctor consultation window is closed and you need to pay again to show the test reports to the doctor.
Please learn from my mistake of relying too much on these mediator Apps for health related services.
I find Apollo 247/ Tata 1 mg App and services far better than the Mfine App.
NoBroker twisted rules to cheat me. I have to bear the loss of more than 25000 INR just because I trusted NOBroker and took moneyback plan. My flat was available from 1st Oct.
Fee Paid to NOBroker : 6500 INR
Lost Oct month rent : 15600 INR
Fee paid to local Broker : 7000 INR
First "Term & Condition" of the NoBroker Moneyback rental plan says if flat is not rented out within plan validity period of 60 days(30th Aug to 28th Oct 2021) NoBroker will deduct 999 service fee and refund rest of the amount.I have taken the MONEY BACK plan starting 30th August and was valid till 28th Oct 2021. After 42 days, when there was no lead I asked the RM if she has any one who is planning to take the flat on or before 28th Oct. Her answer was negative. I told her that I have got another tenant from local broker who is ready to take the flat on 1st Nov, she asked me to send the rental agreement and refund the claim. After sending rental agreement, she said refund can't be processes as security deposit requirement is not matching. I told her get me a tenant ready to take flat within the validity period of plan. She said she will not work on the plan and will not refund my money.After plan validity period is over, I can rent the flat at any rate. I asked to refund mymoney after deducting 999.

1. Keep copy of the documents you are submitting
2. Ask for the written statement from the company about any charges before initiating surrender
3. Never buy ULIP : Buy Term insurance from Govt Insurance Companies and invest in mutual funds
My Story :
I surrendered the HDFC Life Pension policy in Feb 2021. The HDFC life representative told me there is no surrender charges applicable and initiated the surrender. There was no surrender charges statement given to me as they clearly said no charges. I didnt ask for written statement and also submitted original policy statement. One week later, I got policy amount which was 30% less than the actual value. When I enquired about it, branch representative said they have no clue about it and asked me to connect with online service team. After 2 months of email communication, they came up with the reply why they charged the money. There was no such condition in the original policy document but unfortunately I didnt have copy of the original policy statement. I am still fighting my case.
