Sairam brothers & sisters,
On this sacred dawn of the New Year, we humbly welcome the advent of Sri Parābhava Nāma Samvatsara.
“Parābhava” signifies the dissolution of ego — a gentle yet profound reminder that true growth begins when the lower self yields to the Divine will. What may appear as ‘defeat’ in the worldly sense transforms, through Divine grace, into an opportunity for inner elevation — nurturing humility, surrender, and wisdom.
Ugadi, through the wisdom of the Shadruchis, teaches us to embrace every flavour of life — the sweet, sour, bitter, pungent, astringent, and salty — as Divine prasadam. In this year of Parābhava, may each of these experiences refine us, soften our ego, deepen our humility, and guide us toward inner balance and truth.
Let us step into this New Year with surrender in our hearts, acceptance in our minds, and devotion in our actions — trusting that every moment is being shaped by the Divine Wisdom.
May the Divine grace guide every step, every thought, and every action of ours.
Wishing you and your family a blessed, harmonious, and spiritually elevating Ugadi / Gudi Padwa / Cheti Chand / Navreh.
Jai Sairam

Sairam Brother & Sisters.
Happy Holi from Team Hrudaya Spandana.
On this sacred celebration of colours, may the Divine Artist gently brush our lives with the hues of Compassion, Humility, and unconditional Love. As vibrant shades merge into harmony, may we too transcend separation and rediscover the sacred unity that breathes through all existence.
Let us walk the path illuminated by the noble ideal: Serve to Live & Live to Serve — allowing every thought to be prayerful, every action to be purposeful, and every interaction to be an expression of Divine Love.
May we be instruments of healing with Love, carriers of Wisdom, and humble channels of Grace — colouring the world not only with Celebration, but with Compassion.
With Gratitude in our hearts and Devotion in our spirit ….
Jai Sairam.

Sairam brothers and sisters,
On this supremely auspicious occasion of the Harvest Festival, Team Hrudaya Spandana offers its humble pranams and heartfelt mangala shubhashayagalu to all.
As we welcome the sacred festival of Makara Sankranti, may this divine juncture mark a renewed focus on shuddhi, shraddha, and bhakti. May our hearts be uplifted, our minds purified, and our lives aligned with the eternal principles of Dharma, leading us steadily on the path of spiritual growth.
Let us take a sacred sankalpa to sow seeds of prema, seva, and samarpana, so that we may continue to receive and share the anugraha of the Divine. By serving the needy in the spirit of Nishkama Karma and by reverentially worshipping and honouring the Divine Mother, may we become worthy instruments in Her divine mission.
May the boundless grace of the Divine ever protect you and your family, bestowing peace, health, prosperity, and spiritual fulfilment.
Jai Sairam.
