This association is intended to work collectively for the welfare and development of Sir M Visweshwariah Layout, Kengeri Bangalore.

Sir M Visweshwariah (SMV) Layout 1st Block is a residential colony in the western part of Bangalore city. It currently has about 350+ households residing in the colony. SMV Layout 1st Block Residents Welfare Association (RWA) is formed with an objective to promote the well being and welfare of the residents of 1st Block in particular and the society in general.
