ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ
ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಥಾರಿಟಿ (GBA) ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ (DMHP) ತಂಡದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ಸಿದ್ದಪಾಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ರಾಮು ಜಿ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ, ಯಲಹಂಕ ಮಿನಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕ್ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಡಾ. ವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಅರುಣಾಚಲಂ, DMHP ಮನೋವೈದ್ಯರು, ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡರು.
ಈ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕೀಕರಿಸುವುದು, ತಜ್ಞರ ಕೊರತೆಯನ್ನು ತುಂಬುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಂಕ ಕಡಿಮೆಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿತು.
Strengthening Mental Health Services in Bengaluru North City
The DMHP team of GBA conducted a training session for Namma Clinic Doctors at Mini Vidhana Soudha, Yelahanka, led by Health Officer Dr. Siddapaji and Program Officer Dr. Ramu G.
Dr. Vikram Arunachalam, Psychiatrist with DMHP, served as the resource person.
The session emphasized integrating mental health into primary care, bridging the specialist shortage, and reducing stigma at the community level.
