Kindergarten

Overview

A complete kindergarten curriculum includes reading, writing and art in the fields of EVS/GK, Math and Language.

Kindergarten method of teaching uses different mediums to help children learn at their own pace while in a social and collaborative environment. Our kindergarten program plays an important role for the children as it helps them to grow emotionally, physically and mentally in a recommended way.

School Director's Message

Dear students and parents / Guardians of St. Alphonsus School.

On behalf of the Management at St. Alphonsus School, I welcome you all. The goal of education is to provide an environment to the pupils which incorporates authentic learning and personal development. It allows learners to solve the types of complex problems they face in today’s ever changing and ever evolving world.

I believe my role as an educator is to guide and nurture the next generation to establish skills to achieve health, respect, prosperity and fulfillment.

Our school has an outstanding reputation for establishing high expectations and achieving excellent academic results. Talents too are constantly developed through sports and varied co-curricular activities. This in turn results in widening the scope of education and makes it more consequential.

We believe that excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better and we do education as a part of the service to the poor and the most abandoned, hence our Motto “service and progress!

I enjoy celebrating successes and acknowledge hard work of staff, students and community and believe this is one of the contributors fundamental to a happy school environment. All staff, students and community should feel valued and appreciated at school.

Parents play a vital role in the overall development of the child. The foundation of a successful school is the cooperation between the students, staff and parents.

In conclusion, I wish you all a very wonderful and a gainful school year.
