MILESTONE: An effective individual counseling program that helps you to map your goals realistically and achieve them at a faster pace, all under the guidance of a Mentor. The program offers a new sense of fulfillment and balance in life, by helping you achieve goals faster and creating a life you will love. GENESIS – This program is fundamentally targeted at schools. This is a structured guidance program for school students, teachers, and parents. For students: The program aims at creating the right attitude among students through value education; making them academically competent and socially aware by evolving their curiosity and encouraging them to assume leadership; helping them to reach their highest potential by imparting stress and emotional management skills; and enabling them to broaden their vision, thereby helping them to fearlessly face the challenges of life. For teachers: The program consists of effective and valuable tools for the teachers. With twelve easy-to-use core models, this program has the potential to revolutionize classroom teaching. A step-by-step training schedule and the focus on just the essentials help the teachers in their mammoth task of sculpting young minds, in turn, creating compassionate and committed educators. For parents: The program focuses on parents and their parenting skills. It aims at empowering parents by imparting new set of skills and integrating them with day-to-day life; by helping them understand their children better; by building their emotional intelligence; and by enabling them to become coaches to themselves and their family. GET HIM SET – A unique and quintessential guidance program for corporate establishments, this two-day program comes with an inside-out approach that helps in resolving day-to-day conflicts from a place of intelligence and enabling a genuine shift in the thoughts and actions of the people, which in turn, helps in the meaningful and sustainable growth of an organization. The workshop assists in goal setting, better time management and motivation skills, essential business ethics, resolution of interpersonal issues; etc.
