Indo-European Summer Academy (IESA) 2026 | Partnership Signing and launch of second edition of IESA!

CESS has signed the partnership agreement for the second edition of the Indo-European Summer Academy (IESA) 2026.
This initiative reflects our shared commitment to shaping future academic and policy discourse together.

The Academy is jointly organised by CESS, Hanns Seidel Stiftung (HSS) and Chanakya University.

A Round-Table Discussion and Consultation on "The Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan (VBSA) Bill, 2025: Regulatory, Governance and Institutional Perspectives in Higher Education" was held on April 28, 2026 in collaboration with Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi and PDA College of Engineering, Kalaburagi at PDACE, Kalaburagi.

A Round-Table Discussion on the VBSA Bill will be conducted by CESS in collaboration with NITTE (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru to examine its key provisions, implications and broader impact.
