Within a span of 6 years, with a professional set of trainers and an “in-house” R&D team, more than 60,000 young lives have been touched, helping them to meet challenges in life and yet be sensitive to the needs of the society, resulting in an all-round developed child. A man driven by true passion to see leaders raised! Mathew is extremely passionate in all his work to see lives impacted. He has got rich experience in the field of Human resources training. He has worked with diverse organizations like DDE-ORG, Sedgwick Parekh Health Services, Apex training services Ltd, etc. He has taken PeoplePro through thick and thin for the past 9 years and contributed in its growth to be a private limited company with eighteen shareholders from India and Abroad. A man of few words and many capabilities! Graduated in Economics, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Masters Degree in Business Administration (Finance)—who has got 14 years of experience in managing the Administration, Finance & Accounts of various NGOs, Trusts, Societies, Companies, etc
MS. RITA D’SOUZA: Director – Business Development & Training
Getting things done and doing them well against all odds is her forte! An exuberant and lively trainer with excellent communication skills, she has the ability to evangelize people of all ages to a cause or a process with extreme ease. Her passion and flair for training is evident through excellent reviews and feedback. Rita has 14 years experience in training with 9 years in life-skills, leadership skills, teachers' training programs and parenting skills, and 7 years in IT Training. Ms. ANN KURIAN: Director – Branding & Marketing Communications

An MBA with over 12 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Advertising, Ann has had hands-on experience in multinational agencies like Mudra Communications and Chaitra Leo Burnett, making her a person who is truly passionate about her work.
