IHM Bangalore’s Summer Cooking Classes turned up the heat with a Dosa Making Workshop that had everyone flipping with excitement! The participants learned the art of crafting the perfect South Indian dosa — from preparing the ideal batter to mastering the swirl on a hot tawa. With golden crisp edges, delicious fillings, and loads of hands-on fun, it was a day filled with learning, laughter, and lots of flavour.
