On the 14th of May, 2022, a Mega Health Camp was organized under the leadership of Dr. K. Sudhakar, Hon'ble Health Minister, Government of Karnataka.
Essilor Vision Foundation complimented this event with a contribution of about 3000 free spectacles.

The World Book of Records London awarded a Provisional Certificate to Dr. K Sudhakar Foundation, Chikkaballapur, Karnataka, India for organizing the World's Largest Health Camp on the 14th of May, 2022. The Mega Health Camp involved the participation of 2 lakh people.
At the "Namma Drishti Namma Karnataka" Campaign launch, held on the 29th of March, 2022, a video of Late Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar was launched, wherein the actor appeals to the viewers to take good care of their eyes. Just like his father (Late Dr. Rajkumar), Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar also donated his eyes, inspiring others to do the same. This video is a tribute to the late actor, whose vision, passion and legacy were to enable the less fortunate to have better vision.

"Namma Drishti Namma Karnataka" Campaign is a joint initiative of the Government of Karnataka, Essilor Vision Foundation and Dr. Rajkumar Trust, supported by CGI. This campaign aims to create awareness on good vision throughout the state of Karnataka.
The campaign was launched by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri Basavaraj Bommai, on the 29th of March, 2022. Present at the launch, were the family members of late actor and campaign ambassador Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar, Essilor Vision Foundation team and CGI team.

We are extremely delighted to share Essilor Vision Foundation India has won the prestigious ASSOCHAM NGO AWARD 2020 by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industries , a knowledge centre of Indian industries since 1920. EVF received this award for its proactive efforts and engagements with governments in providing support to the front line warriors who worked and working for containing the spread of COVID 19.
