Meet Sharda Mausi!!

She is one of the most loving and caring persons on this earth!
She used to make her living by selling Achaar(Pickles) and Pampad. However, with age, she has lost her source of income. She is a mother of 4 sons and 2 daughters but to her misfortune nobody bothers to even see her once. Only one of her son takes care of her while the others dont even pick her calls....
(This is what our society gives to a mother)!!

Yesterday with our team members of People's Empowerment and Management Association Mansha Pattanaik Sumana Mohanty we had the priviledge to visit Mausi at her residence in Cuttack and take her blessings. Our foundation has made a small attempt to extend whatever we could do for her with our limited resources.

We thank to all our Network membera who have supported us wholeheartedly and have been our backbone in all the work that we do...


Every mother deserves to be happier and live a better life particularly im her old age....

Our dearesr daughter Bhabani got 2nd prize in 200mts race in her school. Her smile says it all...!!

I still remember the 1st day Bhabani had come to my house. Standing near my door very reluctant to enter to my drawing room. I asked her "PATHA PADHIBU"?? Her reply was "Han didi padhibi"....

The next day was a Sunday and before I opened my gate, she was standing with her bag and books..

We started from "Barnabodha" which is the basica as she had lost two years of her education in Covid and directly went to class 5.

Today she studies in a private school and is doing her best...

The best about her is "She has interest in her studies, she is dedicated and very sincere"..

Today she has become my Daughter.... ❤️❤️
She is also our 1st sponsored child from People's Empowerment and Management Association!!
We all love her the most.

A smile can make a big difference in life....

Our foundation is blessed to bring in a little smile in his face.

We hope children who are surviving a deprived childhood have a better place to live in this society....

Sujata Kirsani a single parent Divyang child from Bonda community cleared her 10th class from Adarsh Vidyalay in 2021 but due to financial crunch she could not take admission for college education. Her mother by profession a daily labor & farmer could not afford for Sujata's higher education.

Today Sujata took admission in Biju Pattnaik College, Govindpally (Block - Khairput, Dist - Malkangiri) for plus 2 Arts with the hope to become a graduate & help her mother to recover from poverty.

Our Foundation PEMA has been an enabler for her education. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Both the girls are very good in studies. Their parents are daily wage earners but have prioritised the education of their Girl Child.
