ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ କବି, ଗାଳ୍ପିକ ତଥା ଔପନ୍ୟାସିକ ସଚ୍ଚି ରାଉତରାୟଙ୍କ ଜୟନ୍ତୀରେ ମୋର ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଜଣାଉଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷା ଓ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଜଗତକୁ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ କରୁଥିବା 'ବାଜି ରାଉତ', ‘ଛୋଟ ମୋର ଗାଁଟି’ ଓ 'ମଶାଣିର ଫୁଲ' ପରି ତାଙ୍କର କାଳଜୟୀ ସୃଜନ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ପାଇଁ ସେ ଚିରସ୍ମରଣୀୟ।
