OSEPA is a society under School & Mass Education Department for the implementation of the Odisha School Education Programmes (Class - I to XII).
It is established to function as a social mission to make a fundamental change in the school education system.

A state level Technical Training Programme on UDISE+ portal was conducted yesterday for District level MIS Programmers & Block level MIS cm Planning Coordinators of all 30 districts. The programme was conducted by OSEPA & facilitated by The Chief Consultant, MIS, TSG, MoE (GoI).

To make the objective of 5T High School Transformation Programme a success, around 1500 headmasters & teachers went through the first phase of Capacity Building Training Programme on digital skills & leadership skills conducted at all districts across the state.

A workshop on FLN based initiatives named as "ପଢ଼ିବାକୁ ଶିଖିବା : ଶିଖିବାକୁ ପଢ଼ିବା" was conducted for Kalahandi district in which 208 participants including all BEOs, ABEOs & CRCCs shared their views in form of discussion regarding the aspects of the initiatives.

A splendid introduction of the awareness programme “Shiksha Sachetana Ratha” took place in Mayurbhanj district. The programme aimed towards involvement of students in mainstream education & spread awareness about Right to Education Act among students.

An Inspection Team from OSEPA paid a visit to Sundergarh district to review the progress of construction of Boys & Girls Hostel of different Schools. Below mentioned are the specifications of hostels, OAV, Talsankara:
Capacity to accommodate 200 beds for both the hostels.
A kitchen cm dining hall.
A cycle stands for parking purposes.
