Odisha is advancing sustainable mobility through the proposed Green Hydrogen Mobility Project. A high-level review chaired by ACS Smt. Usha Padhee
assessed progress on introducing hydrogen-powered public transport and developing the State’s first green hydrogen ecosystem.

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସହରୀ ବିକାଶ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରତିଟି ସହରରେ ମୌଳିକ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମିର ସୁଦୃଢ଼ୀକରଣ ଏବଂ ନାଗରିକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରିକ ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନକୁ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦିଆଯାଉଛି।

ସହରର ଆଧୁନିକୀକରଣ ସହ ଜୀବନଧାରଣର ମାନକୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ସଫଳ ରୂପାୟନ ଜାରି ରହିଛି।

A Special Camp Court was organized to strengthen citizen-centric governance and streamline the disposal of appeal cases. A total of 142 cases were heard and disposed of, ensuring timely grievance redressal and faster resolution of public concerns.
The initiative reflects the Government’s commitment to transparent, accountable and responsive governance. Through a strengthened appellate mechanism, efforts are being made to improve service delivery, reduce pendency and enhance citizens’ confidence in public institutions.

ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସେପ୍ଟିକ୍ ଟାଙ୍କି ସଫେଇ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ନିରାପଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୌରସଂସ୍ଥା ଦ୍ୱାରା ପଞ୍ଜିକୃତ ସେସପୁଲ୍ ଗାଡ଼ି ଏବଂ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସରକାରୀ ସେବାର ବ୍ୟବହାର ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି। ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସଫେଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ପରିବେଶ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହେବା ସହ ପରିବେଶ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ହୋଇପାରିବ।

Under the chairpersonship of ACS Smt. Usha Padhee, a stakeholder consultation and kick-off meeting for Bhubaneswar’s proposed New City Master Plan marked a key step towards building a future-ready urban growth hub.

Envisioned as a sustainable and transit-oriented city, it will feature modern infrastructure, inclusive housing, efficient mobility and vibrant public spaces—positioning Bhubaneswar as a model for next-generation urban development.
