The Bhubaneswar Metro is a rapid transit system which is under construction for the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack in Odisha, India. In the first phase, a 30 km (19 miles) metro trunk route will be created from Trisulia in Cuttack to the Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar. Plans are in place to eventually expand to Khordha and Puri.
